  • Hi to all of you! We'll look at how the super admin can set up dialplans, gateways, and ACLs in this video.
    Configuring ACL
    We'll start by discussing access control lists (ACL). Super administrators can control access by adding IP addresses to a whitelist. ACL viewing, adding, and searching will be covered, along with information on IP addresses, mask bits, and descriptions.
    Configuring Gateways
    We'll examine gateways next. These SIP trunks are utilized for online phone calls. Super administrators have the ability to see the list, set IP-based or username-based gateways, and add new ones by providing information such as name, IP address, and codecs. We'll also go over how to look for certain gates.
    Configuring Dialplans
    Lastly, dialplans-which manage the contact center's outbound calls-will be discussed. You will discover how to search for, view, and add dialplans that include caller IDs, rule patterns, gateways, and route names.
