This monitor was intentionally made for these games. So what's your point.
@@sharkey9 Same games used in all his benchmark videos. That's my point, it isn't only related to this video.
12:10 : emmm ,Bryan ,you do realise that Microsoft will make windows10 E.O.L in few months(October 2025) from now right ?
i also love windows10 (and i have a second FX8370-PC ,that will also become😢 E.O.L ,since this CPU/mobo isn't win11 compatible) ,but unfortunately their days are numbered ,so we shouldn't take them into account for our conclusions anymore😢
Windows 10 iot Enterprise. Supported until 2032.
@@sharkey9 i see ,and what about "Home" versions 🤨?
by the way ,are you talking about the yearly🤔 "extended through *payment* support" that was mentioned in the past ,or did something change in Microsoft's statements ?
@Sitharii no it's a standalone version, called iot enterprise or iot ltsc.
It's completely debloated, no telemetry or anything, primarily developed for terminals like ATM machines. Works extremely well on desktops, probably the snappiest windows you can get.
budget build...then looks at the 9800x3d has jump in price from 840 to 900bucks... :(
BUT ..... *Can our eyes (brain) actually even see / experience / process 520Hz ?!* I Don't think so !
Besides that ... I DON'T want Windows 11 ! Like to stay on Win10, for as long as I can !
i still have my 1080ti
Still waiting for 1080p 24" OLED 💀
Can't see that happening, alternatively, Asus has a crop mode on a oled 480hz model, best alternative.
Nobody EVER needs that many FPS. You’d be extremely hard pressed to find anyone able to notice anything even above 300.
Made my day 😂
I can easily tell 300fps from 500fps even on my 360hz monitor. That's what happens when you've been playing at high fps for years.
@@rdmz135 Sure ya can 🙄
@@rdmz135 I don't understand your logic ? how can you see 500 frames every second when your monitor can literally only refresh it's display 360 times every second. your GPU is generating more frames every second than your monitor can actually display every second. just think about that from a physical and logical perspective.
@@MrTubeuser12 Because unsynced refresh rate causes multiple frames to show up at once, hence the phenomenon of tearing.
Fortnite is a mess even on consoles, it crashes quite a lot these days, so no need to worry its the pc, it's just the game sucking ass at optimization these days :(
I have an AliExpress 5700x3d (150€) + 2nd hand 3080 (360€ with 3 year warranty) for CS2 on a 360hz oled. I just cap the FPS at 340~ en enjoy buttery performance within VRR range, no hiccups since nothing is even maxed out, it's great.
You need multiple gazillion frame gen to get 520hz as of today 😂
Try bazzit
Its better on a crt
Are people seriously buying into this 520 hz thing. C'mon, this is nothing but cash grabbing tech escalation for the sake of it. Ooh, how can we get people to spend more money on stuff when they don't need to !!
I love Valorant ⚔🐜
540Hz
Annnnd that is why Nvidia is moving towards AI and away from gaming GPU's, C'ya Jensen Huang, you are the next Pat Gelsinger. As Trump would say "You're fired!". Thanks Brian 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I think your memory is not stable, those 0.1% are not real
520hz!? lol
Buying a 5090 just for gaming is stupid imo unless you're a content creator or you got more money than sense
why not? it'll be the only card that able to do 4k@120hz comfortably in every games that going to be released in the next 3 years
So if your .1% or 1% lows are LOW who cares if you get an average of 520 fps. Am I missing something?
Because crazy spikes in frame time = stutters
Stutters ruin gameplay for some people, especially competitive gameplay where stutters can make the difference in winning or losing.
You can fix the drops with FPS caps most likely.
520Hz WHY ?? 120 to 75 HZ is fine for gaming
Hahahahah no. That is horrible for online shooters compared to +240hz. Night and day difference
@@superior96 i just miss the days of DOOM at 30fps 😆 i don't need +240Hz 👀
*I'm just an SIMPLE gamer, For me, 1440p & 144Hz, is just enough !* I really don't need/want 4k ! th-cam.com/video/YeGjLOdV0VU/w-d-xo.html ( I'm 53 years old )
