They said their goal was to make Oswald as popular as Mickey. When this game came out when I was 9, I instantly fell in love with the rabbit. Now Disney are celebrating Oswald with the disney 100 line... and you know I already have then new Oswald plush
Time sure flies. I used to watching this feature about twice a week after the game was revealed as a middle school student, and it made me get into the character. We can see how passionate the staff was working on this. The game could have been better, yet it delivered to be a good game with a fantastic insight to further work. Even so, @#$_- happens unfortunately, and it's a shame more projects were cancelled due to not meeting the expectations of the 2nd game as well as leading Oswald or Wasteland not making a come back since then I truly want this world to return . If it can't as a thorough new game, the concept could return in other games, such as: Kingdom hearts. It would be incredible if Sora, Donald, and Goofy traveled to wasteland, and meet Oswald as well as everyone. Nevertheless, Nomura did ask for him for the 3rd game, yet Disney without any reason turned the proposal down. Overhauling this situation's retrospectively sad since they haven't taken him in count for anything else, and cancelling the animated series for the streaming platform make things worse by not giving a chance to make something with this character. Hopefully, time will tell if we can see the lucky rabbit again
Something of personal irony to me about Rebrushed is a few days before the announcement i was asking my mom if she thought mickey was disneys original mascot and telling her about Oswald as well ad thinking at that time i would really like to see epic mickey on the switch
How about reimagining the entire Epic Mickey series by bundling all three games into one comprehensive remaster? This collection would include polished versions of the 3DS game as well. Such a release could not only win over new enthusiasts but also give Epic Mickey the spotlight it truly deserves.
Very underrated game. It's my favorite Mickey game ever! 😊♥️🖤 The only game that makes Mickey Cool and Serious like similar to Sonic or Mario. Kingdom hearts Mickey doesn't count because he has No Personality there, Yeah!, I said it! If it wasn't for this game, I wouldn't know who Oswald is.
I played this game only a month after it released. As a mega child, I loved the game, fell in love with the world, I didn’t even know any of the characters beside the obvious Mickey and Peter Pan world but it was still magical. Ever since then this has become one of my favourite games of all time
Really looking forward to the remake in September! I never played the first game even though I had a Wii, just never got around to playing it! I was 18 when the original came out so I'm glad old fans and new get to experience it!
I’m so glad this game is getting a remake. I’m so glad they traded a real life man for Oswald, lol He’s such a unique character and I really wished Disney did more with him besides merch and cameos
Its realy hard for me to believe that main creator behind this game is Warren Spector. Its like putting someone with pilot license behind wheel of golfcart. Sure, you can, but its nothing more than wasting potential.
