No wonder your beard looks so good! You put a lot of effort into it! I use a small trimmer to get rid of unruly hairs in my wiry, wavy beard, but I found a good barber shop where they do a nice beard trim for $7 when you get a haircut too. I also use beard oil and beard butter most every day.

I have a 75 % salt & 25% pepper beard 3 months old and pretty dam thick ( first beard I've grown in my 47 years of life and I'm loving it ) in the "awkward" stage with the flare outs by my jaw line ( not a bother , I'll get past that ) my problem is this... my mustache is so thick that it flares out from my face way more than I'd like , I see how your mustache seats down and close to your face , is there something I can do to get a look like that? I'm currently useing Doctor Nick's #7 beard oil and same brand butter at night. I bought some Every Man's Jack beard balm in hopes that it would lay down my mustache but it's not effecting it. Any advice on how I can get my mustache to lay closer to my face would be appreciated. Loving your life advice topics as well man ! Have a great evening !

*question:* I bought 2 cricket combs about 5 years ago at your suggestion. I still use one of them gently in the shower to detangle. My question is do those combs have the sharpness on the edges that could damage your beard because of the way they're made? Unlike Kent in Chicago Combs. I actually used sandpaper on one to try to smooth everything out but I may have taken some of the smoothness off as well. Thanks George.

I have that beard ,a little be more but gray i can't let it grow cuz i have trichotillomania umm it's sad. The right side it's longer tho.

Is having a longer fuller beard based on genetics or proper care? I have let mine go and have all the wild strands growing out but the basic beard seems to be very slow in its growth. Should the longer wild growth be trimmed or let alone and given some nutritional support? Thanks for your content. You bring up some very interesting points in discussion! Peace.
