There are several out there for the spiral formation in this choreography. Of course it may be just because it looks cool.... and related to a kind of spiral Jimin was going through when he wrote the lyrics for Set Me Free Pt. 2 (Set Me Free Pt. 1 is actually a rap by one of his bandmates Agust D aka Suga aka Min Yoongi). But an interesting interpretation is this is a carry over in iconography fromy HYYR era where there was a whole storyline based on alternative universes and wormholes. It's called the BU Universe... Or Bangtan Universe ... It's way too deep for me to explain here but you can find videos on it. This may make even more sense now with his new album MUSE which includes a song related to the Smeraldo flower from part of that story.
On his chest is a Famous German Poem from 1890's. It is temporary ink. Jimin only has 7 Perm tattoos.

Set me Free is by his band mate the Rapper/Producer Suga ( aka Agust D) . The BTS members if a title for a song has already been used be it a solo song or Group song they'll reuse it and adding part 2. Hope that helps. Set me free part 2 is from Jimin's first solo album 'Face' were he explore's what was going on with him in Covid thoughts, feelings, fears etc.
