Jimin is a truly gem of the whole industry, the king of K-Pop. He already broke multiple records with only one pre-release song. His level of perfection is just something else. Jimin also participated in the whole process of writing, composing and producing the song. He is a truly genius. Also on his body is written a German poem. This song is like a message to his old self. When he wasn’t confident enough, when he always blame himself, for being too perfectionist in everything, for listening haters who mock him for being too soft, feminine, high voice, and other stupid things. This song is just represents his freedom, he is free like a butterfly. I am so proud of him 🙌💛

❣Jimin’s “Set Me Free Pt.2’, it’s everything & more then I could hope for, Jimin’s amazing artistry, his so beyond spectacular,, so mesmerizing, phenomenal performance! The song, Jimin’s vocals, his dancing, the amazing choreography, also the amazing backup dancers, the lyrics he wrote, the music he composed as well as being involved in the production! Jimin was hands on, involved with every facet! No wonder the in-house legendary producer for BigHit Pdogg, who worked with Jimin throughout the whole album, stated that “in 2023 K-pop will be ended by Park Jimin”! Seeing this makes me that much more excited, waiting in anticipation for release of the full album, Jimin’s “FACE” on March 24, along with his other, main song ‘Like Crazy’ MV. Though Jimin’s song ‘Set Me Free Pt.2’, blew me away , meeting all my expectations & then some, I was also not totally surprised, because indeed Jimin is now ‘set free’ from the confines of being part of a group, to now be able to open up full throttle and ‘finally’ be able to release all that he held back for so many yrs! Jimin has been involved in every facet of creating this album! Hands on all the way, perfectionist that he is, including writing lyrics, composing, as well as being heavily involved in production! Jimin’s true, real, inner self will be finally seen in all its raw, authentic, amazing, heartfelt, passionate, emotional, sincere glory! This is aside from Jimin’s full range, hardly ever being shown, aside from high notes, but being finally able to show his full registry, mid range as well as lower registry as well! I’ve always been so frustrated not being able to see as well as hear Jimin’s full capacity of talent. So often not being fully taken advantage of, but that comes with being part of a group, that has every single member having so much talent that it’s been so limiting for Jimin, especially him being so selfless, making a point of having others shine before himself. Now the spotlight will be just on him! Though we’ve seen Jimin’s amazingly spectacular, so mesmerizingly outstanding solo performances before. In the end, I’m the one who has to set myself free. I would say the song has the energy of a light in the darkness. I wanted to express that kind of picture everyone has in their head - a ray of light coming into the darkness is the only thing you can see. If I had to say specific colors, I’d say black and white."

Plus you can see the magnificent choreography, that much better, as well as all the dancers, especially watching their precise moves all in sync! But honestly as phenomenally spectacular they are, it’s hard to keep my eyes off Jimin, it’s really seriously, possibly one of the best dance practices I’ve seen! Plus you can see more amazing moves that could easily be missed in the MV because at times it was a bit dark to see clearly. 👍😍🔥

Thank you guys for reacting to BTS’ JIMIN. I just found you and subscribed. I don’t know what all you know about BTS but I hope you are researching ALL 7! They ARE 7 MJ’s, my contemporary. To show how DIVERSE BTS’ ARMY is, I give you my info. I’m SILVER ARMY at age 64, Caucasian, raised in Deep South AMERICA, and I’m a great grandmother. Two of my daughters & I have begun the indoctrination of MY GREAT GRANDS. The two oldest at 6 & 4 have been to two BTS “concerts” at the movie theater. They dance in the aisle. RM is my great grand daughters BIAS & JHOPE is my GGson’s! They ARE THE BIGGEST BAND IN THE WORLD for OBVIOUS REASONS! They were at the FRONT OF THE LINE when GOD was handing out all the TALENTS & GIFTS!
Jimin has explained that this was written during a dark, depressing time of his life & during quarantine he was lost. He’s also been the brunt haters & threats. The use of auto tune to bring in the feeling of his inner voices bringing him down, like the haters. As he says “set me free like a butterfly” so at the end his transformation is COMPLETE! HE IS NOW CLEAN, PURE, BRIGHT, LIGHT! BRILLIANT!!
