The concept being that all the prisoners can be watched by one guard without them knowing if they are being watched. The first part i don't think it's autotune, cuz if u watch other BTS/JIMIN videos, he actually talks in that voice so when he's in his lower register, especially as low as his talking voice, he actually sounds like that. Only because he doesn't OFFICIALLY sing/rap like that until SMFP2, people don't recognize the lower voice of his😂
