And, then, our teachers would usually follow it up with a comparison to how the US system teaches the same thing, which is JUST American History and JUST American Geography. Is it no wonder that the average American can barely point out any Country, on the map, that isn't a major Country (ie Russia, America, South America, China). Most Americans, as much as they say they support Ukraine, couldn't point it out on a map. Just ask any random stranger... The US democracy is dying as it is not reformable and after the mid terms there will be a ton of people in positions of power who don't believe in it anyway. The US will become a mix between a quasi autocracy and a kleptocracy with religious undertones. The violence will come when the majority realizes that. Agreed, we need to return to teaching "Civics". I didn't think much when it disappeared from our school curriculums but it needs to come back. Kids need to learn about Government and elections so they know how they work. They will be less likely to believe the lies. Each school should have field trips that include local and state government meetings. A presentation by County and State Election Officers at every high school to demonstrate the effort placed to make elections honest.
In Plato's Republic, police and teachers are the highest paid professions. They also require the most education and the greatest demands in honesty. Get the politicians out of our schools and police forces. Teachers know how to teach our kids, most of them have Master's degrees and are trained in child development. We force them to teach to "the test". We are hurting our kids profoundly.
Around 20 years ago China had 700,000 students in schools all over the world. We had about 70,000 and Mexico about 65,000. Who's playing the "Long" game here? China pays for the education of its kids, has raised 300 million chinese out of poverty. They will be the number one superpower. They will also have to liberalize. Having a significant educated citizenry leads to democracy. Democracy and Socialism are very compatible. Look at Europe.
We bought onto the "Globalism" because corporate america said we could send al the low paying manufacturing jobs out of the country and we would retain the higher paying service jobs. Academics was onboard and the liberals (normally Protectionist) reluctantly consented. In truth Globalism would have worked except corporate america saw an opportunity to make even greater profits. The manufacturing and high tech plants moved to asia, the intellectual property was given to the Chinese, it was not stolen. This normally would be a clever move, since technology changes so quickly. But the corporations left our kids out. They made a college education unaffordable and simply imported technical people from asia and india. Corporate America got the best of both worlds, all they had to do is buy out politicians.
China is not cheating, they are simply beating us at our own game. This is our game!

Remember the Jesus of the Bible is not the same as that pagan image they bow down to, nor beads to rub and saints to worship. Mind blowing, but thankfully a just and holy God exist. Nothing will go unoticed. Wicked leaders for a wicked generation. Openly worshiping Satan and look how fast it changed. From Obama to Biden. Even crazier the endless dreams I had during obama of Chinese and Russian invasion. Mass immagration of crowds of illegals going house to house raping and killing everyone after a EMP attack. To insane earthquakes, civil unrest, military police lines, crowds of people with American flag mask on. Mind blowing to me how it's all unfolding. people, and rooting for our team is still used to keep us divided and unaware of how badly we have been screwed over by these politician puppets
doing the bidding of the globalist billionaire cabal who really run the show.
This all set the stage for Biden’s Satanic Verses speech. The Trojan Horse president didn’t write that hateful war declaration against half the country.
He didn’t choose the location of Independence Hall. He didn’t ask for the blood-red and dark palette as his background. He didn’t station marines
in the background as a symbol of war. He didn’t remember what he read off the teleprompter the next day. Biden’s diabolically dark, hateful speech, with satanic blood-red background, on the sacred ground where our Founding Fathers declared our
independence from a tyrannical despot, appears to be the spark which will ignite real violence in the coming years.

I agree. I would, however, like to see community college become available as an option for all young Americans. The additional two years of "book learning" can make a difference for those who might not have read some of the ideas written centuries ago. Since we seem to be letting civics classes slip to the wayside in K-12, having a basic American Government course and now a course on Critical Thinking Skills in a Freshman college course might help us become better citizens, especially if they are taught without a political bias.

And the fact that, what happens in America normally follows to other countries, leaves me scared for my own country (we very quickly had our own version of Trump). Scary times when one party can - with mainstream public support - simply refuse to accept the results of elections. There's no easy or clear way out of that.
