- Ever since Lachlan PWR created his channel in 2013, the growth has been nothing short of phenomenal, practically building a TH-cam Empire under his feat while maintaining consistent relevancy regardless of whatever game he decides to play. But the real question is - How has Lachlan maintained relevancy for so long despite so many game changes? How has he consistently left his competition in the dust? This documentary will attempt to answer these questions, as we cover, the story of Lachlan, AKA the Lachlan Documentary.

Lachlan was one of my favorite youtubers waaaayyy back in the day. I watched him when he played pixelmon, crazy craft, other Minecraft videos (with the pack) other games like ark on his second channel, moving onto pokemon go, and then stayed on fortnite. Although I don't watch him anymore, he was a big part of my childhood along with other creators.

I remember him when he was CraftBattleDuty when pixelmon first came out. Im glad for his success amd he deserved it but I just cant watch any of his new stuff.

So in conclusion: He had great incite in games, youtube titles and logo’s and wasn’t afraid to change his current game if people liked it. In the end I think that’s where most people fail to see, the fact that having your focus on one game may grow your community but cut it off from any variety content that might be a good playthrough experience that people might also enjoy.
Sunny i hope that one day you become one of the 1 mil subscriber TH-camrs you make such good and entertaining videos I'm surprised you are not at 500k already keep up the good work man

I watched Lachlan since the pixelmon and pack days, when I was a kid, then left to grow up a bit during the pokemon go days. Finally I returned back to watch him at 15 and can say I support him in anything he does
I don’t know why people hate him for playing fortnite, he can play whatever he wants

OJayyy Well unlike most mc youtubers who still stuck to the game during its decline, dan didn’t and tried different things instead which made him keep his relevance. But he still did some mc content during its decline just not as much as it used to be

Honestly I love your videos but to me it's pretty obvious that he just bandwagons on whatever is popular and that's how he's managed to keep his channel going, whereas a lot of his old peers sticked to what they actually loved, yes that may have been what caused their downfall but at the end of the die I'd rather fail doing what I love than succeed by bandwaggoning and sucking up

I think its an important note that he wanted to upload a video not to be a content creator but to share something he liked and wanted more people to know about. I think that's critical for long term success.

He was a ranking youtuber who would look at superheroes and match them against each other, he disappeared 2 years ago and has been slowly losing subs overtime.
