- In this video I share updates on a few projects including the pizza oven door, my water garden pump system, a new bamboo bench in the back and some new paddle wheels I'll be making into a pond aerator. I also get my drone up for a minute before the storm front to take a closer look!

That oven door looks perfect! I think you are right on to season it by letting it go for a long bake.
i think ideally you use it at the beginning and the get heat high in the oven and then toss in the pizza and toss the door on for the last 30-60 seconds to get everything melty and crispy.

Hey bro let cook some pizza, I worked at a pizza joint in Florida for 6 years, we made hand tossed pizzas. Slow down on the espressos your heart may explode not the oven door, haha.😂
