This is so inspiring! Thanks for sharing. I am 3 months in to my practice and would've liked to have heard more about how you started adding employees, were you making that much money to cover a whole full time salary? I am doing it all myself but not making that much money yet. Did you do membership based or just a set fee on top of the cost of medication?
Again thanks for sharing your story! It's very motivating. I want to hire an MA to help clinically and administratively, answer phones, take payments, send follow up emails.
