I think it's absolutely bullsh*t that a woman is allowed to deny the father of her children the right to see them, and by the time he's able to get a lawyer and then finally his case before a judge it's been a year or more since he's them. Then because it's been so long he gets stuck with just supervised visitation, which in most cases he has to pay to have. It's HER fault he hasn't been able to see his kids in over year! Now he's literally going to have to pay just to his kids a couple of hours each week. It should be a crime and a jail able offense for a mother to keep her children from their father without a d*mn good reason and they better have proof of any accusations that's made. Children are not a possession!

30:48 -- This woman is telling the court they dad is telling her that he's going to take full custody of her, yet she has the child sitting right next to her hearing everything that's being said. I have a huge problem with parents that put their children in the middle of adult conversations. Especially custody hearing. I don't care if she is just a toddler. They understand a lot more than we think. There is no reason that little girl should be sitting there watching and listening to the custody case involving her.
I can't believe they let people get away with it. I just watched another trial where after explicitly being told that no one should be discussing any court proceedings with the child, the dad kept him home from school and was yelling at the judge about how he kept the boy home from school and he's laying on the couch behind him crying because the school won't do anything about him seeing his mother in passing at school because she works there. The judge did absolutely nothing about it even though the guy literally admitted telling him about the case previously, was in violation of the agreement, and openly said, "My son needs to know his mother is a whore," when the mom's lawyer told the court how he verbally abuses her in front of the kid. Some judges let people get away with way too much.
