Magnesium is the game changer for period cramps. Take 1 capsule of magnesium glycine starting at least a week before your period and when it starts take 2! I promise you should have NO pain, as it’s a muscle relaxant. I used to horrible horrible painful cramps, and I don’t take NSAIDs
