    The book "30 Days to Reduce Depression" by Harper Daniels was also a huge help.

    Wow, you have a panic attack once or twice a month. That's soooooo hard 🙄 let's hear from someone who has 4 or more panic attacks a day, constant crying spells, sleeping 4 hours a day (interrupted) becomes suicidal and considers abandoning their baby... THAT is postpartum depression. This is crap.

      Panic attacks shouldn’t happen even as frequent as once a month. I’m sorry you have it more intense than her but it’s really a jackass action to minimize someone else’s pain.

      I'm sorry your going through this... I feel you on that this feels... almost like a joke... I'm currently suffering from ppd. I'll be honest.. I hate eveyone.... and everything. So I honestly get it.... but just because your suffering.. in a very hard/bad way and arguably worse than some(or less than others), doesn't diminish this woman's hurt, pain and suffering. Hang in there.. sending you good vibes ❤
