I was worried it would be overhyped for me, because I didn’t love the first part. This movie blew me away on every level! It is a spectacle of effects, it is was enthralling with its story and characters, and developed this world even more. A masterclass in sci-fi filmmaking. I was floored. It also flew by for me as well, it was paced to near perfection. Great review!
Great review! I agree on several points! I’ve seen it three times now (twice in IMAX)! Between this movie and the new Shogun mini-series I’m feeling VERY spoiled right now!

this one caught me off guard. I was gonna boycott. I saw Part 1 twice and it was slow. This one was so much better. Crafted. Denis and the cam guy are artists. Really on that classic level. Would love to see more.
