Judge Millian is nice but Judge Judy and Judge Mathis would have dismissed his case cause he was lazy and thought that the Judge must prove his case for him.
It is going to suck when he goes into the parking and finally opens up one of those letters to see how much he owes in tolls. Now, that he sued him, he can't go back and sue him again.

Looking at the defendant’s nonchalant attitude, the plaintiff should have known that it was a bad idea to give him his car. What makes you think he was going to suddenly be responsible if he has never been responsible before? People can save themselves a lot of trouble if they simply pay attention. If you don't give a damn about anything, there is no way I'm turning over my car to you.
