- The first thing we did after landing in Austin, Texas is head straight to HEB and Central Market grocery stores to film a food haul video! I've gotten so many requests for this video, and since Art and I were going to Austin for work, we figured that we had to make this video. Wow, HEB is awesome, it has so many high quality and healthy items for a really good price, especially the central market brand, that is top notch. I could not believe the healthy oils selection at HEB and those pasture raised, organic, soy free eggs, wow! We had a great time in Austin, especially at the fan meetup, it was so cool hanging out with you guys, we defo need to come back! Mad love Bobby...Dessi...and Art! XOXO

Single serving items are for people that constantly travel, I'm a trucker and I definitely appreciate single serving ghee or any healthy stuff I can take with me.

I’ve got 3 H-E-Bs in different directions near my house so no matter what way I am coming home I always have the best grocery store chain in the USA convenient for me. Their keto game is constantly improving so they have someone in corporate that really cares. Thank you, H-E-B!

I’ve had H-E-B nearby my whole life thank you for confirming that their selection and pricing is next level! My husband wants to move up to north Texas where there’s no H-E-B and I don’t know if I could do it!!
Edit: north Texas as in north of me, Tyler, Texas.
Michele Elehcim I’m from D/FW & am excited to say H-E-B is actually in North Texas too. They just opened one east of Fort Worth I. Hudson Oaks & it’s booming. There’s one in Burleson, and that’s south of Fort Worth and a great little area, and another in Waxahachie. Also have a few Central Markets in the metroplex as well.
Dallas is a HEB desert but there are some Central Markets there.
Kimberly Short he’s wanting to move back to Tyler tx where he went to college and all they have are brookshires unless you want to drive a good 2 hours lol

maybe they're selling single serves for people who have never tried ghee so can give it a shot before paying for a whole batch of it??
Jennifer Beeman keto people will eat it as a fat bomb and those single servings are perfect for traveling.
Truckers! We have lots of people working jobs where you travel solo so single serving is convenient. HEB does a lot of research to cater to their Texas communities.

This is my Favorite Supermarket IN THE WORLD, Whole Foods is second, and Central Market (owned by HEB) 3rd. I have been to soooo many grocery stores through out the use AND even overseas and HEB by far is my fave. They have sooooo many great "good for us" choices and their produce is unbeatable. During the summer months, I make 3 stops weekly. Whole Foods, HEB and a farmers market for super good produce. I am definitely in my happy place then. Single serves are to test the product I would say? I have done that soooo many times at Whole Foods. Justin's nut butters , NuttZo seed and nut butter, etc........before some people plop down 13$ for a jar of peanut butter maybe they want to taste it first. Just a guess. Great video as usual Bobby and Art........❤️

As an employee, i check the products out all the time and read the ingredients. Let me give y'all a small list of buy & avoid
Buy:
- MALK Organic Almond Milk, way cheaper at HEB priced at $4.99 sometimes as low as $3.49
- Central Markets Dark Chocolate Bars
- HEB Shredded Wheats, No nasty BHT! Tocopherals are present
- Kashi Oatmeal Cookies, only $2.98 and by far the best cookies to buy
- Freshly grinded peanut butter/almond, buy these over the HEB organic version
- HEB Organic Stevia Packets (30 or 40 ct)
- HEB Organic Greek Style Yogurt, super clean but expensive at $5.98
Avoid:
- HEB Organic Peanut Butter, avoid all of them they all have cheap palm oil in them
- HEB Organic Stevia (70 or 80 ct), no idea why but these larger packs have Dextrose instead of Erythritol in smaller packs
- Anything by Hill Country Fare
- Sadly, the freshly squeezed juices, overpriced at $8 and there really isn't anything healthy about fresh juices. I've made the lemonades before and when we make a batch in a big gallon we use up to 10 cups of refined cane sugar.
- HEB Organic Strawberry fruit bars, laundry list of ingredients enough said
Not sure about the HEB Organic dressings because just about all of them use Soybean Oil, but the description online says GMOs are prohibited so it might be Non-gmo soybean oil.
Have to disagree with you with hill country fare. If you're just looking for a generic item that's going to do you well. From what I was told hill country fare is straight generic, HEB is similar or better than name brand, and central market is higher end/organic.

You’re always welcome to visit our ranch, grass fed grilled rattlesnake and ferel hogs or Mourning Dove stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeño. We can toss some toasted scorpions and fire ants on top. Got cattle, longhorns and bison however they are more like pets.....Mezcal and Prickly Pear cocktails and/or Topo Chico (ranch water) and Tito’s for happy hour! Lol
