You dont get the final sharingan unless you train it. No matter how much pain you go through you can’t go straight to the final sharingan. Unless you are the sage of six paths

You don't need to kill someone close to you to obtain Mangekyou. It's the strong feeling of losing someone that you love. You confused with the eternal mangekyou, which needs to catch another pair of sharingan and transplant them to your eyes. Sorry if my english is bad, I'm learning it lol
My personal favorite is the Haku scene. I like that he purposefully awakened it in the midst of battle to see Haku's moves. His other awakenings while good, he had no control over.

It's not that simple, you're not gonna post traumatic stress disorder watching this. The whole point about awakening the sharingan is to feel intense emotion and this plays an important role in the series due to the emphasis on life during war which gives the Uchiha characters an intense rush of norepinephrine, adrenaline, you name it in order to awaken it. And I also think it depends on the person and their mental power. Modern humans hardly ever feel such emotions unless due to ecstasy, some traumatic incident or whatever related. If you had a car accident or some relative who you loved very much or a very awaited reunion occured in your life then you would still just get 1 tomoe unless you tolerate something that usually makes people insane, that gives you the mangekyo.

That's not true... Amaterasu hurts quite good as I heard. You have so much power but at what cost. When you use Amaterasu you're eye is bleeding and it's like poking your eye with cactus. Susanoo hurts inside your body in other words all of your cells are hurting like crazy and this increases how many times you're using it.

Also it makes more sense for the complete second Tomoe to activate against Orochimaru than offscreen from a narrative standpoint.

That's not true... Amaterasu hurts quite good as I heard. You have so much power but at what cost. When you use Amaterasu you're eye is bleeding and it's like poking your eye with cactus. Susanoo hurts inside your body in other words all of your cells are hurting like crazy and this increases how many times you're using it.

Also it makes more sense for the complete second Tomoe to activate against Orochimaru than offscreen from a narrative standpoint.
