Wow great bro.
Great job Master Lui and thanks for sharing your knowledge. Can I ask where you get CPU's from that are good though. That is also hard
hello master liu can you share the soldering profiles.....thanks master
Keep up this, you did good!
How do you prevent the CPU from bending ? And how to make CPU sit fully in the board ? I struggle with corners sitting properly when putting back on the board.
Please tell me where you buy kit from.
In my 20 years experience I never saw a socket type intel processor failure... But intel bga cpu with pch chip failure is a very common issue nowadays...
nice job
Can I use the kit for normal laptop or only for apple

Hi sir could u plz let me know how to check ic faulty or not thank you
No way other than it to come from a known working board
nice
Liu, it looks like your CPU is ever-so-slightly buckled/bent from removing; I have the same problem. Has this presented any issues for you? The bend is so, so slight. Do you know of any thing to correct in, either post-removal or via BGA profile settings? Quicker/longer soak? Great work as always.
adjust the temperature on the bending side lower. If cpu bends concave that means your lower temperature is high. If bends convex just put 0.5mm thermal pad on top of the die then solder.
CBU
Nice job. This is art. I wish your accent would be softer so we can understand all the words.
