Okay! I have a recipe. Kind of. I’ve made it a bunch of times loosely based on the foodfaithfitness gluten free stuffing recipe (it won’t let me add a link). I use less chicken broth, add polish sausage, and finish it under the broiler until it’s all crispy and delicious. I also add some everything bagel seasoning.

I use a potato peeler to peel my apples, and I haven't seen an apple being peeled with a knife since I left my parents house 10 years ago, so... it was strangely nostalgic seeing you do that 😂

I’m white and I️ learned to cook from my parents, I learned to cook with good ass spices from my best friend/roommate, my parents passed down the recipes, he told me what seasoning to add in to make it better. So I️ made amendments to the original recipes, I’ll be damned if I️ pass unseasoned chicken/beef/pork/tofu/wtf ever to my children.

UPDATE: I baked the apple crisp and the topping of the apple crust is fabulous. I personally would like to thank the food bank for the free apples 🍏 and I didn’t have brown sugar or cane sugar, I used coconut sugar and cinnamon and it still turned out great 👍 my vegan husband loved it too.

these videos are honestly the highlight of my week its so refreshing to watch ACTUAL REAL people when youtube is full of "characters"
This came out just as I started college, and I cannot tell you how much comfort this video brought this lonely college kid. I watch this every year in preparation for thanksgiving (a holiday that is typically filled with uncomfortable conversations and unpleasant debates- which I know is so very common) and it just makes me feel the slightest bit better about it.
