Yes I have a 1991 Fatboy and looking to install an engine guard but there is no lower mounting brackets on my frame so how would it bolt in what I have to weld new tabs on to to hold the lower part of the engine guard I would appreciate a little bit of help thank you

To avoid engine case side covers for damage there are Carbon Fiber Engine Guard Case Cover Sets, in case of fall, I have them in mine, it save me once from a nasty repair. It costs about 70-100$ per piece depending on your bike model, is really worth the investment, trust me. Also engine guard crash mushrooms will come in very handy. Safe riding mates, cheers

I do not have access to the top bolt from behind as it is all encased in the metal frame. I removed the bolt now I do not have access to the bolt if one was there and replacing it won't allow me to reconnect it. ANY HELP would be appreciated.
