I dont want to act like i think i know him, but I think he knows Carlin knows Bo knows we know Bo's sending a message and we all know Hes one of the last to do it if we dont heed his warning. Actually, i know he is the reincarnation of Carlin. I know because Bo knows and Carlin knows though all of his shows that he will soon go and we will carry on the torch that they let glow and we will be left bro, we will be left all alone in the snow, and the computers will takeover every globe every globe. I AM AN ARTIST, PLEASE GOD FORGIVE ME!
What makes this piece interesting is hes directly talking about himself the whole time. This was about the same time his mental health began fucking with him.. just look at his face while hes singing. He sounds disgusted people value his jokes when theres so much more to worry about. Hes just a kid. Esp here, like 7 years ago? He was barely 20 or early 20s. Its maddening how self aware he is.
You should check out the version he did on an episode of the “green room.” He did this song in front of some heavy hitters from stand up comedies, tv, and movies.
I think you react the way any sane person who grew up on the internet would react to bo's material. He's so introspective about what he does and it's something most comedians don't ever tap into as an "artist." His willingness to make jokes about the fact that he's famous for making those exact jokes is something you almost never see, and he opens the public's eyes as to how the people behind the content may actually perceive what they do for a living.
Yo, you are very introspective and well more intelligent for someone your age both emotionally and in the cranium. You give me hope for our generation coming in. I have already dubbed you guys the Gen C or Gen Covid generation. I’ve been watching you to react to Bo as you learn about him and I’ve been hella impressed you get a lot of him without knowing him. I believe him to be one of the greatest “ENTERTAINER” of our time. Speaking fool of the “budget” we can’t “budge it”. Just heard you talking about it. You have great insight and I think you should find an career in psychology as theft is a need for people like you to speak to bros and sisters who need to relate to them and help them at the same time. You are incredibly psychologically great and I don’t mean “for” someone, I mean for humans but you could appeal to the urban and suburban population who might not listen to a white mans perspective. Listen brother, you like Bo. There is so much more to him than you even know. Learn his timeline and watch those videos I see you watch him going out of order but it was first words, words, words and he was just cleaning his throat. What. shocked the comedy world (which I’m in as a booker). His story about him and his growth up until Inside took place over 14 years and watching his growth and secret shit is amazing. You should check out “right brain, left brain” when you get a chance from what. If you haven’t yet. The title of “what.” has a period just to fuck with us. I also think you should react to his piece about reactors. I love reaction videos and so does BO actually but he does a skit of him reacting to his own video on Inside. I want to see a reactor take a shot at it. Is he reacting to the reactions or his own self. The video is a MUST for that one. It’s actually called “Unpaid Intern” from the songs. Finally, you’ stop a lot and I’m cool with that but wanted to shout for always rewinding enough.‘ The reason I you to see your reaction to Left Brain, Right Brain was when I realized how smart and funny and good he is. As a hip hop fan that he could rap as good as Eric B and Eminem sort of got my attention and to be truthful for lyrics, Em is amazing but he can’t flow like Em but he writes smarter shit. He’s just smarter, with respect to Em who is a genius both freestyle or written word. Burnham turner a lot of heads with Make Happy. That inside special was made in the room he walks into at the end of his first 5 year Hiatus and made Inside which is just a masterpiece of the COVID years. It WILL BE the defining piece. I knew it when I saw it. Good stuff man. I enjoy your personal insight on his insight. You get all the shit that some isn’t hard to get. You’re a very smart mofo, especially considered how young you are. Good job on noticing the polka because he flipped on polka during “Welcome to the internet” on this special where the internet is a magic antagonist. Watch “Thats how the world works” but I want to see if you can figure out the meaning of the socko part and I’ll give you the pre hint that it doesn’t spill for you. As socko is taking about real types of government that he thinks we’re hearing. Marism takes center stage and teaches you more about history than our culturally biased history. Our nations blemish on slavery is BS. As bad as it was, it was worse than we taught.! It was disgusting beyond words and he calls shit like that out. Non whites are a majority but our rights are being trampled. As he gets older into his 30s, I believe he will teach us more than he has learner now. When he was young he knew it and held back and now he’s feeling more confident than his peevish stuff was. Keep on keeping on. I was just finishing watching most of your no reactions and you get him. Like you were one of the first reactors that had also seen the Yesus rant. Bravo!, liked, submitted and something I never do, “smash”‘then notifications. Don’t let me down..’;)
7:01 I think a big issue for celebrities that became famous very young (as a child or teenager) is that growing up is messy and scary enough, I can only imagine how having a spotlight on you during that time feels. And a crucial part of growing as a person is making mistakes and messing up, because that's how we learn - so if all your mistakes are taken care of to avoid a scandal, and personal faults are celebrated by fans, that's going to make growing into a functioning adult pretty difficult.
@LuAnX Music the audience too. It was actually horrific to watch him genuinely tear apart the current state of art and performance while it was being treated as a fun performance because it seems absurd when put the way Bo puts it
The way he sings this song, it's like he's staring into a mirror and screaming at himself, wrestling with the fact that he loves and hates himself for a plethora of reasons, but simultaneously is lashing out at other comedians and actors for their lack of self-awareness. Like you can see how he feels by looking at his facial expressions and his eyes all throughout this song. It's almost like a form of penance for him to do this in front of the crowd.
We reward them intentionally. They’re our Avatars. The version of us with money, time to waste, no responsibilities, still allowed to play pretend like a kid etc
I've really been enjoying your reactions to Bo Burnham, he's my favorite comedian and it's always great to see him appreciated. If you're looking for more things to react to I would suggest Epic Rap Battles of History. They are interactive with their reaction community and don't copyright strike. Good battles to start with would be Michael Jackson vs. Elvis Presley, Blackbeard vs Al Capone, Michael Jordan vs Muhammad Ali, Jack the Ripper vs Hannibal Lector (or whatever matchup you see that interests you). Can't wait to see which Bo song you do next!
Will you please react to Can’t Handle This (Kanye Rant) by Bo Burnham? It was his last performance between his 5 year hiatus and last performance before Inside. Love your reactions!
You do realize how slimey that request sounds? Im not the type to ever snap at someone.. but bc its Bo, knowing how much he paid for through mental health, sweat, and blood, to create these shows. I already left a comment about how he doesnt even smile here, he looks disgusted at himself and how he views himself. And your literally asking to just steal it and put it behind SOMEONE ELSES paywall to hide it from Bo (and his crew).. the irony of what Bo stands for and your request is really insanely disjointed. The lack of awareness is very strange.
@@HaraQuinn -I guarantee you that Bo is making more off his album version, than the NETFLIX version. NETFLIX probably paid a lump sum for the project and then will give him bonuses by viewership. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s made more off of “Eighth Grade” than his comedy specials all together. Also seems counterintuitive to talk about how disgusted Bo is with himself for the money he makes for performing-whilst saying that Bo’s effort and revenue from the show is the main reason why a viewing shouldn’t be done. There’s no difference in Broadband reacting to every single segment from his specials, one by one, and watching it all in one viewing.
Bo bernam reminds me of me because I am a cameteon at school I make people laugh but the school changes them and they just blow thare money off to see me make jokes and it makes me feel selfish
By the way get on all up your seats all eyes on me all eyes on me joking just check out Nikki glacier or George Carlin or Tom Segura or Bert kreischer, secret time. Or Rodney Carrington live at the majestic is hilarious as hell, or Whitney Cummings both beautifully gorgeous but hilarious as sin, mofo this shit is real! Or the Justin Bieber roast on that was broadcast on comedy Central was amazing in fact roast that was on that station is epic. Apart for the emmitt Smith roast which hey don't get me wrong don't judge me, I love emmitt Smith however, this was probably one of the worst roasts I've ever seen Jamie Foxx was the host and was extremely arrogant at this point in time in his career I honestly believe it was probably right before him being contacted by Oprah Winfrey telling him to pipe it on down cuz he's about to f****** completely ruin his career honest to godly though how honestly I am when it comes to comedy you might want to look at this girl with two thumbs and I mean, me! But have fun
Bo thinks that Carlin would hate him; but he’s one of the only modern comics Georgey would respect.
I dont want to act like i think i know him, but I think he knows Carlin knows Bo knows we know Bo's sending a message and we all know Hes one of the last to do it if we dont heed his warning. It’s so insane that this man can create a great song and yet pack so much meaning in it, while still making jokes and insulting the people around him.
I love that you go more indepth in the messages of the songs than most other TH-cam channels
Love that you've found these Bo Burnham songs. His material has so much I always find jokes I missed on my first watch.
You should check out the version he did on an episode of the “green room.” He did this song in front of some heavy hitters from stand up comedies, tv, and movies.
I'm so glad you've discovered Bo Burnham, your commentary is always fantastic
Another fun fact, he performed this infront of a room full of peers in the green room basically roasting everyone in there.

Found your channel thru your bo videos. I have been enjoying the content and glad you like one of my favorite comedians.
Fun fact, his next special "What" was released for free on TH-cam... Given his popularity he could have made a lot more money off that...

You’re a great role model man. Nice videos.
Bo is a true artist and has wisdom beyond his years. Good reaction - thanks
YESSSS!!!!! so happy you doing more bo burnham :) :) :)

If you want to react to more comedy, react to George Carlin. The man he said was rolling in is grave. Genius.
Grats on 30k!
Thank you 🙏🏿
Loved this reaction
Keep it rolling bro! Bo Burnham
You should react to George Carlin. Bo references that Carlin’s rolling in his grave. One of the best stand up comedians ever.
