A small exception for former portuguese colonies (like Brazil), as they might also have them as well but not as abundantly. 3:54 The blue strips on the right side on licence plates can be found in France as well. Italy's front licence plates also are much shorter, so we could conclude immediately that it wasn't Italy right off the bat.
