His reference to "bleachers" are lost likely seating stands in a gym or on a football/baseball field. I guess I didn't realize bleachers would be a very American term.

Commonly made out of thin metal or cheap plastic. Typically, outside bleachers are made of metal to withstand the elements.
In the UK (and likely Aus too) they are called 'stands' despite being places where people sit. Incidentally stands where people actually do stand are called terraces just to add further confusion because standing in a stand would just be silly. So old stadiums have terraced areas where supporters can stand and then they have stands where people can sit, we Brits never said English was meant to be easy.

"Bleachers" are tiered bench-type seats for spectators, either in a gymnasium or stadium, or at an outdoor athletic field. The ones in school gyms are almost always designed so that they can be collapsed into a vertical wall against the edge of the room when not in use (which gives you twice the floor space in the gym, so that e.g. you can split into multiple groups during gym class and run multiple games at the same time), and then pulled out when needed for seating. The ones in sports stadia are normally bolted to the floor, and it's the floor that's terraced to raise each row higher than the row in front of it. The ones at outdoor athletic fields are usually bolted or welded together to minimize the amount of substructure required, so from the end it pretty much looks like the bleachers are suspended in mid-air.

Ah this one was very funny. So 3 things, 1: Bleachers in the US are like extra long benches that multiple people can sit on like in a school gymnasium where they hold basketball games or volleyball games. 2: That bottle she was drinking out of, we call it a "Gallon" cus of its size and I'm pretty sure she was drinking either some kind of fruit punch or sweet tea they're really good. Amber Bleachers are where spectators sit usually outside to view an event. Normally made of metal like aluminum and steel. The jug is a US gallon size which is normally for milk, iced tea, Root beer (soda) lemonade,fruit juices or most non carbonated drinks. Also known as a family size container. Love the channel and you are the best streamer I watch consistently.

Then, when there was a basketball game, you pull them out for instant seating. When they are pulled out, you can walk underneath them.... or, in Nick's case, make-out underneath them lol

To answer your questions at 09:30:
1) Bleachers are several rows metal benches that you sit on. Most commonly found at sporting events for middle school (a.k.a. junior high) and high school) Some can't be moved, while there are those that can be taken apart transported.
2) That "bottle" is actually a plastic gallon that soft drinks come in at the grocery store. Most likely that person purchased an iced tea or something (soda normally does not get sold by the gallon. Soda normally gets sold by the liter. Unless that person poured soda in the gallon) and is drinking it straight from the gallon.

The bottle as you call it in the US is called a jug and from what it looks to me it looks to be a jug of tea usually we use them to pour into a cup but some people will drink straight from it.

In America, the huge bottle/jug is usually either a juice or some kind of cold tea. I think in this instance it was probably sweet tea. You can buy these jugs of tea either sweet or unsweetened from restaurants. So it looks like they went through a drive thru got food to go and instead of individual drinks bought a jug of tea. It's a very common thing.
