I was having severe panic attacks, productivity stalled, depressed etc Until it dawned. I was exhaustedddddd. All the years of being an eldest daughter, being a hardworker, law school etc had gotten to me. So today, I thank God for rest, for stillness, for intentional breaks and for the un popular opinion❤
