SNW Spock (C) Khan Decius on my 4M E got me 15 kills of the 38's, everything else I tried was 4-5 kills. I'm ops 39
That SNW crew is amazing
Miy t4 ent aagainst lvl 38 hostile- i used snw spock, kirk and khan/gorkhon- lasted me 6 kills
SNW would definitely be ideal on an explorer
the third one, i would switch Aoki for Kirk. keeping Morale up / shield up.
i can test it, but burn proc is rng based versus something reliable to proc

PMC still works best, for me. managed to kill 9 lvl45s (battleships) with my Kelvin (just under 15mi power).
I cant even kill one with pmc
