why dont u just look at their websites,,,,I stayed at Quest,,,its combination owners of rooms and hotel, Parklane i have stayed off and on for around 20 years, Seda i the most expensive,,,Seda has a new one in IT park, and they converted another Seda next to the main ayala mall. Seda near the big ayala mall used to be a major hotel like Marriott,,,I did not like Quest because then the rooms were small, and very busy place. Parklane is dated but okay, the pool is not good at parklane. The water did not look clear and its a small pool,,,,,

@@dsrrellgriffith1161 I have, but those are curated pictures that are intended to make it look way better than it really is in real life. A video is always better and of course we get the Britt effect. What makes a hotel even more enjoyable to video tour? Britts infectious enthusiasm for life and what he is doing. Your feedback helps of course, so with video, I get to match your words with what I see in real time.

Thanks for the good content! I enjoy your videos. My wife and I live in Iowa and try to spend a lot of time in the province of Cebu where we have a home we built in 2017. One year we rented an apartment ($300/month) in Cebu City so we not have to drive home at night on the dangerous hiway. We only stayed in it about 6 days but it was well worth it. When my wife retires I might just rent a small condo in Cebu City and spend part of my time there and part in the province. I love to visit people in Cebu city at the cafes. I meet people from Finland, Norway, Australia, Switerland, Germany, and so on. It is a great city. I love our place in the province but I miss talking to the other ex-pats.

Great video. If you're looking for suggestions, I think this a topic you could expand on. Most youtubers in the PH will show long term rentals but never really touch on that middle ground between vacationers and full blown expats. I for instance will visit for around 90 days and travel from place to place. Some will need short term accomidations as they decide which town to live in or take longer to find a home. From what I've heard, there are AirB&B's in the PH as well. Im sure Im not the only one who would be interested in that. In fact, you might consider staying in an AirB&B for a couple days once in awhile and telling us what you think. The surroundings, the nieghbors, the owners etc. More hotel reviews would definately be welcome and the hotels would probably appreciate the freee advertising. Anyway, glad you're enjoying your experience. Love the positive attitude. Keep up the good work.

Who wants to stay in the concrete mall area of the IT Park when you have the beach.

Depends if he is getting settled in for the long term, if long term better he find a place to live. Then go travel to the beaches, he can relax at the pool. hahaha. Also, many of the beaches are no good, brown sand, water not that clean. Most foreigners never go in the sea, most hang out at the pool. I lived in cebu city for 7 years, traveling to the Pi for 30 years, I went for mountain biking and snorkeling....I rarely saw any foreigners doing activities. just in chair in shade drinking. FACT,,,,None of the guys that rented condos near me went anywhere, they just stayed in condo having sex with teenagers, maybe they went out to eat. Britt this is why your channel has the "potential" of being a great channel. You don't show... and most channels don't show the scenes just a little ways down the block on Acacia St towards Calomadre. Granted we don't necessarily want to show abject poverty. But to only show the one part of Acacia that is "film-able" seems a bit editorial.
I don't know how to portray it. But there is no way I would recommend someone to stay at Golden Prince without talking about the neighborhood an how it looks 100 feet from the entrance. Also walking to Ayala from there is not straightforward.
