Yeah, the official dates are the 13th to the 15th. I have heard Pattaya has the water fights for as long as week. We keep reading different things for this year. I would just be ready for anything! Especially if you are traveling with things that can't get wet, just wrap every up in case! If I get more concrete information I will share it!
