Being the Harlots of Starlets it would be nice if you offered CampDog Starlet upgrades based on your knowledge and abuse 😊 From a Stage1 to a Stage5 A Stage1 being$1k in Parts and a Stage5 being$5k in Parts .. there's a challenge .. Btw great research n knowledge based on true faliures 😄💪👍👍
Did u still use thermostat? My setup is k3vet with td04. My temp always stay at 95 to 99c. I remove the thermostat and its way cooler. 83c to 95c. Worth it.
I have heard some people putting a washer in the valve itself instead of the restrictor you guys did... would the washer not increase the oil pressure as well? is there a "good" way to increase oil pressure that has already been tested? Want to have a increase as well on our engines.. Oil pressure seems to low.
Washer doesn’t work too well for us, our temp where we live is 35-40 degrees so we didn’t want to use thicker oil either. We just made 700 hp, safe to say the restrictor works good
I agree and depending whether the oil relief valve is located, it could be dumping excess oil pressure back into the sump "either filtered or unfiltered" depending where relief is ported...
i realise we are in different sports, i used to shag turbo seals alot in my ct9 on std boost in my rally car. Once i put in an oil cooler haven’t (touch wood) have had an issue since temps are much lower, as for pressure …… the light goes out its must be ok lol. You dont want to run one?
I love these sort of videos, makes me realize my crazy ideas aren't so crazy after all.
Klicked on this the second I saw it.
Gold as usual. Watch out that that rear rad doesn't burp out water (have a higher pressure cap than the front one).👍

Camp Dogs are the Harlots for Starlets 😄

whats the size of for the fitting and hole drilled out for the oil pressure fix.
Hi Matt! Do you know if you can use a FE crank pulley on a FTE? My FTE pulley is chipped abit and have a NA one on hand. Cheers
Yeah nothing wrong with them. Know a guy making over 500hp with a stock na one
@@Camp_Dogs thank you, appreciate it
Is your Oil pressure is too high now?
Is it just running on the Bypass relief spring in the system now ?
Yeah relief is still complete
What size injectors are in camp dog😮😮😮????
1350 Bosch
Damn 80 psi seems very high to me. My 5EFE + T on a Td04L is at like 50-60 on cold, and at idle when warm is 15ish
Holy shit my haltech cuts the engine at 14.7psi hahahaha

Hopefully you did not reuse those big end bolts.
Absolutely we reused them.
