You should definitely read book 2 in A Princess for Christmas series. It's called "Duke, actually" and it's super cute and wholesome. It's unlikely friends to lovers situation with grumpy(woman) x sunshine (man) trope!

I just finished All I Want For Christmas and I loved it! Super cute christmas read, a little bit dramatic and lots of conflict but still a nice read to kick off the holiday season
A Princess for Christmas is soooo good!! I haven’t read the other 2 yet but I got them for my Christmas TBR too ;) also Winter Street by Elin Hilderbrand is so good too if you like her books / the Nantucket vibes!!

I recommend The Butterfly Project by Emma Scott for a cozy holiday romance set in NYC (it's not about Christmas as much as set around it). The themes of healing and forgiveness and chaos theory, the panic attack rep, excerpts of a character's graphic novel, the characters themselves, I adore it all. The steamier scenes you could skip over if you want. It's so sweet and warm feeling.

For the Princess For Christmas books it’s not necessary to read the other two books before reading ‘so this is Christmas’. The first two revolve around other characters that will make appearances in the third one, but you could read them out of order and be fine
