I personally love Gyuri soo much. She is very talented, even if she is just 16, she is a girls girl and she is so mature for her age. I would love to see her debut but I'm not sure if this is the right group. I guess it depends on the concept. I personally don't know what concept they are going for. Since it was a teddy produced group I thought they were going for a gurl crush concept, but they eliminated Sujung and Juwon and IWALY is not really girl crush at all. I guess it will depends on how the two songs for the final are. It's still a W1 group and if the concept it's like kep1er (look Giddy or Galileo or Up) I can see her in the lineup, if it's more like WaDaDa not really. my ideal lineup: jeemin jungeun jiyoon - wasn’t in my picks because of her attitude but no denying shes talented and she's practically guaranteed to debut soooo- fuko koko yuju saebi those who wouldn’t make the lineup: mai - no real downsides here, just that the other trainees are better. i love her though, and her attitude is admirable and would be great in final lineup. sarang - as much as sarang is amazing i dont think she’s ready to debut. not in terms of skills, but in handling the mental pressure of the industry. she’s shown on the show that she’s already quite impacted by her anxiety, which is highlighted by the show but also seen in the change between her prerelease performance and the recent episodes. she is definitely a great performer, but maybe just not yet ready to debut. gyuri - i love her so much and she’s so talented but she’s still so young so as op said, she doesn’t always fit as well into the same concepts as other trainees, especially if they’re not going for the bright concept. i hope we see her again and she debuts elsewhere!
i also love gyuri so much but i think after this show she would debut even quicker because she's a solid singer and shes only 15 so she has tons of other opportunity to debut whereas people like fuko is already 19 so they dont have as much chances and gyuri's also an actress so she will make it into the ent industry anyways

You can’t control voice cracks, even NMIXX’s Haewon who is known to be an amazing vocalist has voice cracks sometimes. SARANG is amazing despite those small cracks
that's why I started talking about her qualities first, I think it cracked because she gets nervous! I don't mind if she is in the lineup, she's just not my preference for a smaller group

Our thinking is so alike!! I agree with you 💯 I NEEED Triple J, Koko and Fuko in the group no matter what 1. The producers favourites play the majority part here. If the one pick votes ends up being their ideal top 6 they'll go with it but if they don't like it May even be rigged to match their preferences😂 2. Y’all Gyuri is the same age as Saebi, she’s born on 2008/09/15…If you want Saebi to debut, there’s no reason to not want Gyuri to debut, especially since she has a better vocal than like the whole top10 except Jiyoon and Jungeun. She showed versatility in her expressions since Law (before the show was aired) and she can definitely fit with the other girls, especially if the concept is similar to IWALY (where she did really great). This girl is definitely the REAL underdog of this show and I’m really hoping for her to debut, she’s also really popular in Korea so everything is possible. You guys need to stop underestimating her because she’s definitely a really strong trainee and deserves a spot in this lineup as much as the others… Keep voting for her !

My predictions: -There'll be probably two Japanese members. (With the vote spoiler it is clear that they want Koko, so she will be one of them) - A surprise. Everyone must think that there could be a member who didn't make it with her votes, although that person seems very popular, like Yurina or Sunoo, but with 1 pick things change. Also Mnet love it. For me, I only like Mai, I know that many underestimate her abilities when the truth is that she is at the average level of the group. Possibly she will not be in the final lineup, if this happens, at most I will be an occasional listener only if I like the songs.
My top 3 choices that will determine whether I will stan this new group are jungeun, jeemin, fuko. I also want jiyoon and yuju to be in the team. My 6th pick is either koko or saebi. However I really hope that it can be a 7 member group and have both of them in the team as well. This will be an overall formidable team. Seriously, they definitely need yuju in the team for rapping. My Ideal lineup ( it’s long ) 1. Koko- I think she is most all rounded and versatile contestant. Her singing is like a good 7/10. Her dancing blows any contestants out of the water. Her rapping style would improve and it’s a very trendy style. She can fit any concept and she’s very consistently good. She’s also great teacher and friends to others. When it comes to describing Koko there are so many ands. 2. Fuko- She has a good simple singing tone that would be a good vocal backing, and she’s a great motivator and leader. She’s just very comforting. 3. Jungeun- She has a unique vocal tone but less than Jiyoon, but she’ll make a good main vocalist. 4. Saebi- She makes for a great friend and she just has an addictive personality. She has all the basic skills to be a good idol. Importantly, she fluent in English. It would make overseas promotions easier. 5. Yuju- She has a lot of colour to her person. She feels like a visual cleanser. I think she could excel very well if she puts a lot of effort in. 6. Mai- I can believe every word she says when she sings. I know she’s an unpopular choice at this point, but she’s a hard worker. I also don’t she’s as bad as people make her out to be. 7/8(interchangeable). Gyuri / Jiyoon- I can notice Gyuri in any song, she was essentially the adlibs in La vie en rose, yet I thought she did the best. Jiyoon would make another good vocalist for the group with the unique colour of her voice, other than that I feel like she’s not fully consistent. There’s moments where it feels like she’s not fully there. 9. Jeemin- As somebody who didn’t watch R U Next, I don’t really have bias towards her. She’s good but she’s not blowing me out of the water compared to the other contestants, it feels like she can only stand out to me when she is center. 10. Sarang- She’s an all rounder in the sense of jack of all trades, master of none. She has great moments, but I feel like to me she blurs into the background. You can’t control voice cracks, even NMIXX’s Haewon who is known to be an amazing vocalist has voice cracks sometimes. SARANG is amazing despite those small cracks
that's why I started talking about her qualities first, I think it cracked because she gets nervous! I don't mind if she is in the lineup, she's just not my preference for a smaller group

Y’all Gyuri is the same age as Saebi, she’s born on 2008/09/15…If you want Saebi to debut, there’s no reason to not want Gyuri to debut, especially since she has a better vocal than like the whole top10 except Jiyoon and Jungeun.
She showed versatility in her expressions since Law (before the show was aired) and she can definitely fit with the other girls, especially if the concept is similar to IWALY (where she did really great).
This girl is definitely the REAL underdog of this show and I’m really hoping for her to debut, she’s also really popular in Korea so everything is possible.
You guys need to stop underestimating her because she’s definitely a really strong trainee and deserves a spot in this lineup as much as the others…

For me, I only like Mai, I know that many underestimate her abilities when the truth is that she is at the average level of the group. Possibly she will not be in the final lineup, if this happens, at most I will be an occasional listener only if I like the songs.

I think with current kpop trends producers might prefer dancers/performers over vocals. but we don't know.

My Ideal lineup ( it’s long )
1. Koko- I think she is most all rounded and versatile contestant. Her singing is like a good 7/10. Her dancing blows any contestants out of the water. Her rapping style would improve and it’s a very trendy style. She can fit any concept and she’s very consistently good. She’s also great teacher and friends to others. When it comes to describing Koko there are so many ands.
2. Fuko- She has a good simple singing tone that would be a good vocal backing, and she’s a great motivator and leader. She’s just very comforting.
3. Jungeun- She has a unique vocal tone but less than Jiyoon, but she’ll make a good main vocalist.
4. Saebi- She makes for a great friend and she just has an addictive personality. She has all the basic skills to be a good idol. Importantly, she fluent in English. It would make overseas promotions easier.
5. Yuju- She has a lot of colour to her person. She feels like a visual cleanser. I think she could excel very well if she puts a lot of effort in.
6. Mai- I can believe every word she says when she sings. I know she’s an unpopular choice at this point, but she’s a hard worker. I also don’t she’s as bad as people make her out to be.
7/8(interchangeable). Gyuri / Jiyoon- I can notice Gyuri in any song, she was essentially the adlibs in La vie en rose, yet I thought she did the best.
Jiyoon would make another good vocalist for the group with the unique colour of her voice, other than that I feel like she’s not fully consistent. There’s moments where it feels like she’s not fully there.
9. Jeemin- As somebody who didn’t watch R U Next, I don’t really have bias towards her. She’s good but she’s not blowing me out of the water compared to the other contestants, it feels like she can only stand out to me when she is center.
10. Sarang- She’s an all rounder in the sense of jack of all trades, master of none. She has great moments, but I feel like to me she blurs into the background.
