Late but congratulations! Although you just became black belts please do not forget the dynamic tension from iron bridges, that is one of the most important parts of the Fu Jow Pai opening. Without the tension you will only grow your forearms, not your hands. Sorry but one more thing, the first stomp is to drop your weight down onto your foot...not a literal stomp, dont forget! Good job though ^.^
