Vanessa I remember you and your mother observing classes in union city at your fathers school on brrgenline above cabal ice cream and doing lots of pushups sifu paul was very strict but my time and my daughters time in class was well spent what I learned I still remember my name is Robert Dilks my daughter was hope I followed his career but wondered about him now I see his daughters are champions like your dad was my son Bobby wanted to be like sifu also started at three yrs old trained mma with Dan Henderson and tai chi preying mantis with Manuel Marquez you dad. was like a tiger so very quick I see you move and do form like your father tell sifu I treasure the time I spent with him he helped me to become a Better person and thank you for the lessons I learned from him and giving me awareness and a base god bless you whole family hi to everybody in new jersey fu now pai
