This is not a player problem. This is a competition between content creators problem. I would love to live back in the good ole days of not having a "guide" for everything with players expecting you to play a certain way with certain gear because it's been mathed out as BiS by content creators. Alas, it's 2024. Non-story but happy farming to you and everyone else.
Not entirely true. Anyone who wants to blast and get 1st, or even just stay ahead of their friends does this stuff. Unless, you're saying the "competition" to shit out content? That's the thing for me; as much as they all mean well... ...they all kind of inadvertently push drama.
It's drama because people obviously want that type of content (guides, builds, etc) and so it's a competitive scene. I don't usually look at any of that, but I can understand all these creators being miffed about it.
Holly sheit! I have been following you for years and I know how hard you work, especially compared to your other Diablo "peers" but I wasn't prepared for what I saw after 10:05 I can only say a humble "thank you" as a player for all your feedback over the years and trying to make the games you play even better. Everything being discovered before everyone can play is wack. It ruins the fun and is just lame whether you watch the content or not. It's just funny that everyones upset now that content creators are getting things spoiled for them. It's kind of ironic after Vessel of Hatred.
GGG is also at fault here for now vetting who they give EA access to. Fextralife has a wiki and guides that are financially benefitting from this 'mistake'. How many NDA mistakes are allowed before devs get nervous about you?

Giving it to Fextralife was a bad decision, plain and simple. Not only are they heavily disliked by many people, but they are specifically known for making guides and builds. Bad ones, sure, but it's something they do. If GGG doesn't want to give codes to content creators because they don't want the game solved, they shouldn't have given access to Fextralife.
This is a straight L for GGG. There is no good reason for review copies of EARLY ACCESS. Do an alpha, do a beta, but don’t pull this shit on what was already EARLY ACCESS.
