@@db90990the poster means there was and still isn't anyone with Elvis' level of combined charisma, compassion, generosity, beauty, magnetism, vocal versatility, and staying power. No-one with international and wide cross-cultural appeal. Long Live the King 👑💯⚡❤️
Always love your reactions. You certainly get Elvis. I believe it was the great actor , Tony Curtis , who recommended Elvis wear eye liner on his eyes to enhance them. ( it was also his admiration for Tony Curtis that caused Elvis to dye his hair black;) 👌💕🕺
Yeah, the generations would come together to buy tix for Elvis Presley concerts. His following today would be more massive than the top 20 artists today COMBINED. He already is the top selling artist, but could you imagine what he could do with social media platforms? Can you imagine what he could do with a digital studio?
This is the best rendition ever as only Elvis can do as for this performance it is so out there 👏 you can only imagine how the audience much have felt ,can feel the goose bumps even now ,thanks for keeping his music out there🎉
Great reaction as always. Elvis was one of God's blessings to the world. He had it all nobody could dispute that. He does a fantastic job with this song, the presentation .. just one teeny mention about that, at the beginning you were looking away, doing something, you said "it was alldark" which it was ... but the fact he turned his back and only his collar was showing, that would have been a good thing to mention. You can't close your eyes or look away on certain songs because Elvis did whatever he felt like doing & things get missed. I watched your other channel & this is a new one. Keep reacting to our man Elvis ❤
I can watch Elvis' live performances a zillion times and get the same amazing feeling every time! You can hear an Elvis song come on and know immediately from the first note "That's Elvis"! What a talent he had! Noone will ever compare! Its great people like you that appreciate Elvis and keep his legacy alive for generations to come! Thank you for another great reaction! 😊❤
I'm 57 yrs old... this man passed when I was 10.. my mother truly lost it... My sister and I had to tape (cassette tape) all the tributes on the radio.. I still remember like yesterday my mom screaming it can't be true... As I've gotten older.. obviously have learned just how amazing an entertainer and singer this man was. RIP Elvis.
Thank you very much for your lovely reaction to the song i requested! I'm very happy that you like the song as i do. You're right, the fans will never ever loose that loving feeling for the man, who knew how to touch souls with his voice like no other: Elvis Presley
100% Elvis should be remembered for the image you showed...that was Elvis..even when his body and health changed...he was always that beautiful man....I wish those so called Elvis impersonaters need to show the real man....or give it up...he was beautiful inside and out all of his 42 years...TCB forever ❤❤❤
Elvis was a good friend of Bill Medley of the "Rightous Brothers" and helped Bill in Vegas we he first got started . There are some fun videos of Bill talking about Elvis 🎸
Best reactions always. I starded to listem Elvis song's in 1969 when I was 8 Yeats old. I named my only son, Elvis. Now I love to watching your reation. Thank you and God bless you. I am in Brazil.
Great reaction to another great performance by the king. I was only 9 when he passed but at 56 I love this man more than any other entertainer in the world. The more you know about him, the more there is to love. Jesus was the ONLY perfect man to ever walk this earth. Despite Elvis' shortcomings, he was still a great human being and is missed dearly by millions of fans, old and new!
Love the way you speak about Elvis. You give him the respect he deserves!! People who question why I love Elvis I now just reply when you know you know. He was a great man and I’m forever gutted that he was never in my lifetime. I was 2 when he passed, feel in love with him at 12 and been in love with him for 37 years. That will never change 💙
Elvis could make every living thing fall in love with him; whether you are a man, a woman or an animal for that matter. This is God's perfect craft as Elvis being a singer.
This is a Righteous Brothers song and they were wonderful, they are in my opinion the best Duo of all time. This and Unchained Melody are their 2 biggest hits and are also the 2 that Elvis sang in concerts. Taking nothing away from the Righteous Brothers, their 2 voices blended perfectly and together they reached all the levels from high to low. Elvis reached all those same levels with his one voice, a voice that you heard with your ears, but felt with your heart and your soul, and some other body parts, depending on the song😮🎉❤
Elvis was everything 💕 I never watch any videos of Elvis when he was very unwell and overweight, I find them too sad. I always remember him like this. A truly remarkable talent and human.
Greeting my Elvis friend. Just discovered you and HIGHLY Recommend Elvis’ “An Evening Prayer” if you haven’t reacted to it yet. AMAZING VOCALS…Long Live The King
Love the way he sings this. Phenomenal performance. So cool 😎 😂😂❤❤❤❤Thanks CV. PS. He had studio and stage makeup. At time he had his eyelashes dyed and an eyeliner but after his glaucoma and the stage lights really bothered his eyes. He perspired so much dancing and putting everything into his songs he’d sweat it off after awhile anyway. Great reaction. ❤
I honestly can't see how Elvis would pull off wearing eye shadow while sweating like a beast as he was here. Speaking from experience, you sweat like that while you are wearing makeup, it will be all over your eyes. It would definitely be noticeable. Now we know that in movies and publicity shots he did wear makeup. I believe he did wear some as a younger performer as well. He also didn't sweat as profusely when he was younger while performing. However, in 1970 if he was wearing makeup while sweating that much and I couldn't find a brand to wear in 2000 that wouldn't smear all over my eyes while working out, I'd love to know what magic makeup he wore 😂
I think of Elvis when he was in prime physical condition too. And that's what he was for most of his life. He was only overweight for the last 2-3 years of his life. That's it. It says something about society if that's what people remember him as.
I totally agree with you. The media always picked on Elvis from his beginning. How he handled them was beyond believable. He let his talent speak for itself. ❤
@@tinalinge2782 Not just that. Idiots that focus on his death more than his life. They try to define him by the last 2 years of his life. Thankfully, that perception of him is already starting to change, due in no small part to these reaction videos.
Exactly and it really makes no sense to me that in this age of more than 50% of Americans being obese actually making a thing about it. Elvis at his heaviest looks tiny next to some of those who are all over America. Add to that, Elvis was dealing with health issues besides his prescription drug use and some of that weight was bloat. You can see that it doesn't look entirely like fat, but bloat and that was caused by the steroid he had been taking for years. Heck we see it in 1970 before he was going on stage puffing on an inhaler. All the years of Elvis and yet so many focus on the end of his life and how he looked. I can only think it has to do with the fact that he was so good looking and it's a way to tear him down. What else am I to think?
You know a relationship is going downhill when you are nit picking every thing your partner does.. Elvis could sing with so much passion and truth and that's what made him the BEST. You felt what he was singing.
Thank you! I was saying the same thing, but you said it without babbling 😂...As a woman, I know all too well that it is impossible to wear makeup and sweat like that without it coming off and also making you look like a racoon or a clown 🤣
This was a Righteous Brothers song.. and it was beautiful.. But Elvis could just sing anything and make it amazing... I listen to the Elvis channel on Sirius XM every time I take my Mom out of her nursing home.. it brings her so much joy.. the only song I've ever heard Elvis cover that I didn't care for that much was Hey Jude.. just heard it about a week ago.. it was too slow..
You will never hear it all with Elvis. He is incredible. Now please for the 29th time please react to Elvis and Lisa Marie “Don’t Cry Daddy”. It is awesome. Thank you CV for your great reactions to the King. It great watching your journey.
You're watching the darker version, the editing is brighter in the other videos. Fantastic performance, mesmerizing. His voice is like velvet. Very nice reaction CV. He is a very cool dude! 🎧🎶🔥🥇👏

Ah, the best part is THE DRAMA!! He puts so much soup and drama into it. My favourite part is towards the end when he growls "listen to me talking to ya...." He never took himself seriously. Very funny man ❤
Youre a cool dude esp seeing the beautiful heart and talent of Elvis. Hes a lovable guy. You like his only voice and a piano. Try "And I Love her so" just him and strings.,
He only gained weight the last four years of his life. What about all the years before. Forget he was flawed, sick and getting older---- he was the greatest!
Hey C,V, I thank you for notifying me about this Beautiful MAN, And Iove The way you you speak of him in the present , I love your reactions to Elvis , he always owned the stage and that song is original by the Righteous brothers , when they heard Elvis performing their d song., they said How can we follow that, Elvis is PURE MAGIC and by the way, this is my husband's favorite song from Elvis, he also loves Just Pretend and Loving Arms , no concert video for that song , I suggest you check it out , I can see by the way he touches the world as well as you., that' you are going to love it , I am not sure if you have reacted to Elvis singing Make The World Go Away , I feel like that so many times , thanks for another great Elvis reaction and as always TCB my friend TCB 1935
Tremendous reaction!! And yes, it’s not a secret that Elvis wore eye liner. It’s probably amplified in this video, which as noted below, is considerably darker than other videos of this electrifying performance. The Righteous Brothers crushed this song, but every cover I’ve ever heard Elvis sing he absolutely slays it. Thanks for your great content.
Before Elvis there was nothing and after Elvis no one has even come close
I wouldn't say there was nothing because Many singers & groups Inspired him but Elvis raised the Bar extremely high

Yeah it is a darker version, That's why his eyes looked smoky, I've seen a much brighter version around. it was very dark actually.
