    Thank you so much for sharing these classic NWCS events. I remember I used to look forward to the Busch Clash every year when I was a kid, and when it finally came, it was like Christmas all over again :)

      @@lew_stewell4u101 every nascar team cheats or pushes the boundaries of the rule book or you won’t ever win. It was like that prior to 1991 and it still is the case today. Just ask any car owner or crew chief past and present. Even with the rigorous car inspections these days they still figure out ways that nascar doesn’t even know to even look for yet. I mean they don’t even care if they get caught and slapped with $100,000 fines or crew chief suspensions. To them that’s just the cost of doing business because if they don’t get caught they can make way more money if they have an advantage even if it’s nothing but a 10th of a second faster than everybody else

      @@clarenceghammjr1326 I mean essentially a crew chief is being paid by a car owner to figure out ways to cheat and not get caught 🥴😂

    These races were over before they started. Looking back now I don’t think any amount of talent could make these cars THAT much faster. Unpopular opinion: RCR had some loophole going for them in these RP races.

      Childress n earnhardt were backed by the frances. and the advantage they had was in the cowling area that help force air through the plate into the combustion chamber. More hp made him look like superman. Put mark martin in his car n he would have won multiple championship

      Another unpopular opinion: the 1998 Daytona 500 was fixed. Dale himself said on TV in victory lane that Mr. France himself said that it was his year. And what a way to start NASCAR's golden anniversary season.

    • @MyKittyPercy
      @MyKittyPercy 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      So, why didn't he win the 500? Why didn't win the pole? Why didn't he lead the most laps? I just think it's funny how if Dale Earnhardt wins, there must be a loophole. But, if he doesn't win, it's all good with your type.

      @@mrnascar9129 I would say that THIS fucking comment is the absolute dumbest shit I ever read in my fucking life, YOU are smoking a huge pipe of METH if you think Earnhardt had any advantages & if Mark Martin was capable of winning so many titles the why did he fail to get even one over & over & over against Earnhardt then Jeff Gordon, then Tony Stewart & finally Jimmie Johnson because maybe he just wasn't championship material... Put another motherfucker in that GM Goodwrench car & Childress never wins a championship as an owner same way he hasn't won one since Dale's death...

    • @buddywilliams5650

      @@MyKittyPercy He was saying at the Carburator plate tracks. There might have been a loophole for that dirty driver Dale Earnhardt. They could have made the holes a 1/2 inch bigger which would have given him 30-50 Horsepower more. And, if he won at every race the Bud Pole, 125's, Busch Clash and the Daytona 500. They would tear apart that car so quick if would've made Dale and Dick's head spin. The last driver to do that was Bobby Allison from the infamous name Bumper gate. In February of 1982 they didn't try that again in July during the 400. But, Bobby won that race also.
