The start menu reflection is not on windows 11. but in 10, it is! I dont even know why. but there way be a reason cause they would add the reflection too.
In WindowsBlinds11, if you go to the settings of it and you click "non-acrylic blur" and restart, it'll really nail that aero look and make it less blurrier. (EDIT: MY BAD IT ONLY WORKS ON WINDOWS 10 SORRY)

What exactly do you mean by that though? Even on Windows 10 I think you could theme it to look like Windows 7 just as accuratly as you could in Windows 11 nowadays in some kind of way but when Windows 11 was brand new there wasn't much way to make it look accurate to Windows 7 like you could using Windows 10 at the time since software such as WindowBlinds didn't really support it yet. Also, I think on Windows 10 you have more options such as the non-acrylic blur setting which I don't think is present in Windows 11 for example and you could make the start menu transparent unlike Windows 11 from what I've seen so if anything Windows 10 could be better at looking like Windows 7 than Windows 11 is.

You must have WindowsBlinds installed to apply the skin. If you already have it installed and activated, just double click the wba file and a notification should appear saying that the skin has been installed, and then click on the notification.

But you may want to make a txt file with the links on it and the windows 7 files in a downloadable zip file. for those of us how don't have a windows 7 machine to copy then from.. After following along this video I am now stuck.. I can no longer copy or create new folder or move files. The Branding basebrd.dll will not save.. Error "Cannot rename the original file. saving cancelled."
Yeah and then just wait for that one update that breaks everything and makes it all look disgusting. Good for a virtual sandbox but you really shouldn't be doing this on your main system.

Bro it doesn't work. The explorer patcher when explorer restarts nothing change in taskbar. And when install openshell it doesn't open. When I restart the computer (Not VM) it hangs on the black screen. I followed all of TH-cam fix steps but doesn't work. HELP

You can enable taskbar opacity customization in open-shell’s menu settings (use blur/glass for best resemblance)
Enabling glass won't work on Windows 11 using open shell.

If you used the 7tsp pack, then that's why. For some reason, 7tsp seems to break Windows Update on Windows 11.
