🆘 Now mentally declining President Joe Biden has given an interview to democrat operative ABC’s George Stephanopoulos this week, his first since the president’s much-criticized and disastrous performance during last week’s debate with former President Trump. All the excuses in the world made by Joe Biden’s press secretary, some Democrats and people in the Liberal bias media will not change the fact that Joe Biden’s dementia is not going to get better. It’s going to get progressively worse. I know I dealt with it for several years with elderly in-laws and parents and Jill Biden knows Joe is getting worse by the month but loves her lifestyle more than doing what is best for her husband. Joe Biden will not win re-election. Shame on Jill Biden for this is Elder Abuse period.

Our Supreme Court is illegitimate and should be removed. First, on this Independence Day, let us remind ourselves that we freed ourselves of kings, despots, and tyrants. We also freed ourselves of capricious courts, peerage, aristocracy, and nepotism. Millions of Americans are forced to sign employment contracts where it is usually stated that the employee may be terminated if it is found that he lied on his resume or during the interview process. Each of the Supreme Court justices lied in order to be confirmed. Moreover, they committed perjury before Congress. Additionally, each of the conservative justices has DEMONSTRATED BRAZEN DISREGARD for both their Constitutional Oath and most especially their Judicial Oath. Here, again, they may be charged with perjury. The decisions the Robert's Court has made actually contravene their oaths of office repeatedly and on several levels. I submit that any court that contradicts its oaths of office -- and thereby undermines our U.S. Constitution and codified laws. -- is illegitimate. This court has stripped the rights of at least 50% of this nation, and they want to do more. They have made bribery legal. They have made murd-r legal. The preamble to the Declaration of Independence needs to be re-read by every thinking American." We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal .... This majority decision has contradicted the Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. We as a people have a right to do more than dissent when a form of our government acts against our wishes and our laws. Our laws cannot be changed for the protection or convenience of one man.The direction for all law abiding Americans is written in the preamble to the Declaration of Independence because our only form of redress is to impeach and remove this court unless they immediately reverse this decision. And while I doubt the House or Senate will come together do their legislative duty and censure this Supreme Court by doing nothing they disenfranchise themselves and their function becomes moot.
We now have a decision that summarily gives one person unlimited power. This was not the intention of the framers and it is not the form of government we condone. The Majority of the Supreme Court has committed an abuse of power in servitude to Donald Trump.

Now it has to be determined if removing highly classified documents in his last days in office was an "official act" or if all the activities in Georgia were as well. Arranging the protest on 1/6/2021 and then speaking at it and inciting the riot was certainly not one. Regardless, the Trump legal team can now delay all the cases even more by making motions for dismissals based on this SCOTUS ruling, whether it should apply the specific case or not.
