i never understood why people think its crazy that some old dudes rap etc... look at other music genres like rock as example, its totally normal singing in their seventies
Rap is seen as young man's sport ...might be why
it's not that old men can't rap, it's how many examples do we have of it? they don't evolve with the genre, a lot of older rappers sound dated, their slang is old and when they try to use modern slang it sounds like your parents talking about Pokemans and nintendo's and stuff.

I think it can sound odd because he puts on the accent a little where as petes accent is closer to his speaking voice.
