A great documentary, but the colour scheme of the map showing the different cities and air routes was baffling. The land areas being bluish and the sea areas being whitish was confusing.

The sharp coordination of the cold chain logistics apart, what is the carbon footprint of our 21st century's taste for acquiring items from all over the world? - cheese from Sweden, conifer trees, tuna fish from Japan, all going through one cargo hub (Singapore)!

i do enjoy watching the series, but realized that transporting goods from other part of the world is energy intensive and not so green decision, now I know why environmentalist suggest to consume local product.
I see they are STILL fisihing blue fin tuna...
