Really cyberpunk 2077 is bad when it comes to very small things than even witcher 3. Don't know how they managed to forget everything they did right with witcher and just downgraded their own next big ip.
Cyberpunk is shit. But let's task. Gta is a whole series. I think they edit every gta code and don't make it from scratch. That's why they are perfect. But in case of cyberpunk it's company's first open world game.

The thing with rockstar is that they don’t announce things super early and get everyone’s expectations super high. Just like rdr2, only announced it 1-2years before release
If you know that rockstar back then is got a lot release new game every years.Remember in 2008 rockstar release gta 4 and midnight club los angeles and then 2009 gta 4 dlc and gta chinatown wars,2010 red dead redemption,2011 la noire,gta 5 trailer and max payne 3 if I not wrong.And then 2013 gta 5 release after that rockstar very rare to release new game until 2018 and it just red dead 2.So basically rockstar is disappointing on milking gta 5 because after gta 5,rockstar not release new game and not making again a lot of new franchise title just red dead 2 which is prequel and not from red dead 1 and not all brand new franchise title.GTA also same before gta 5 rockstar always release gta in short term not long time like gta 5.If you see list of rockstar games from 1997 or 1998 until 2013 ,you can see that rockstar always release a new games every year and brand new franchise title games every year.So in that period we got millions of rockstar games franchises.But now from 2013 until present rockstar games just release 2 franchise games(including online).

It is just senseless to compare game of hd era with highest detailing and n numbers of different game Mechanics inside in the games like gta5 and rdr2 so obviously they take time
While the games back the developers neither had the assets nor they have to it becuase people's expectations were already low regarding detailing and logics in game so obviously they took far less time to make
So games like gta5 and rdr2 will take their considerable time becuase what do you thing choices in rdr2 even regarding reading a lettee or writing in diary all these animation and their mechanics took far more time than what we expect
So rockstar should be given faith as when they take time they make a masterpiece
The reason Rockstar is taking so long, is that their probably adding every detail possible to GTA6, which is great, just hope it's not super laggy, that's all.

Yea for sure, but Cyberpunk having 7 years is slightly misleading, around 2014 they moved mostly everyone to Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk went into full development in 2015-16 after Witcher 3s release, either way the game needed another 1-2 years and needed to cut production of the ps4 and XB1 versions

C77's animations look like they shortcut using IK but didn't bother to use IK joint targeting (or use it properly) to keep the elbows/knees from wigging out when moving the IK target towards its end joint.
For those that don't know what IK is, its basically quick and dirty animation feature that manipulates bones in reverse down a set chain of joints rather than up to save time making animations. They arent perfect compared to manipulating each joint manually but usually gets the job done fairly decent at a much faster speed. So for example could set the hand as the IK target and run the chain up to the shoulder, so when you move the hand the arm will automatically follow. An IK joint target is a way to make a joint, such as an elbow, bend in a desired direction rather than what the system deems optimal when the IK is manipulated (which the lack of a IKjoint is what that whackyass uncontrolled elbow shit you see in c77's arm animations do)
