I went back to the beginning of the list to watch the entire journey, I have to say: love the mug rugs and love the stripes tube, looks like it would be a great neck pillow or a cat toy😅!
I just found your channel today, so I’m starting from the beginning. Your stash down is inspiring. I’d like to do the same for the remainder of this year. That’s how I found your channel. I can knit about 1-2 pairs of socks a month. I’m a SAHM to two young kiddos, so not much knitting time right now. I have enough sock sets to last me 4 years at that rate, and I understand your feeling of overwhelm. I’d like to shop my stash and see how far it can get me. Can’t wait to watch the rest of your videos and catch up!
Thanks so much for spending the time with me! I know that it can be challenging to find the time to knit. I have been having a great time shopping my stash and then adding the leftovers to blankets or other scrappy projects. Sounds like you have a great selection of sock yarns to keep you knitting for a while!
I recently found your channel and am enjoying it. I also knit the B&L work socks and am wondering what needles you use ? Currently I am using the ChiaoGoo dpns.
So I was using ChiaoGoo circulars (I do magic loop) but the cable broke where it joins the needle. I couldn't get the same ones at my LYS so I got the Knitters Pride Dreamz. They work fine but I prefer the ChiaoGoo ones. Thank you for joining me on my stash down journey!
It took me a while to settle in a price for the heavy socks. Nova Scotia is very touristy with lots of craft shops. Anytime I saw socks for sale in one, I’d make a mental note of the price. I arrived at $35 after factoring in the price range of the socks for sale in the area and the cost of the yarn. I know I’ll never get money for my time and I don’t fret about it. It’s just a little bit of money to have to help me out since inflation has gone up so fast.

I loved the way that draft stopper ate up my little balls of worsted. Thinking of making another one for my other door
