Need for Speed: Rivals Directx error Fix by Lukilla

For freezes and directx error variation with message device hung because of wrong command parameters sent by application or removed device.
Tested on Win 7 64bit and nvidia drivers 350.12
Ps.- Here so you can copy and paste: %windir%\system32
undll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks

if it's not meant to open the game then it also doesn't flush ram although i've typed the target correctly and named it flushram
i am running windows 10 pro 64 bit on a toshiba c50 series

COSDR I tested only with 37fps command but it should, key here are the "flush ram" stuff (which doesn´t really flush ram, it does other stuff now I know) and the no dx11 parameter (which only seems to do bokeh deptht of field in cinematics, no big loss IMO).
