I’ve just tried your simply explained tutorial & bingo… now I know how to get the door from manual to automatic again. Thank you so much 👍🏼
Thank you so much for explaining how I can get the garage door to work again. I did it this morning and now I know how to do it. Thanks mate from one Aussie to another.
After San Diego power outage, I was glad to find your video...helped me to re-engage my garage door!
This happened to me after my son accidentally pulled the emergency cord and we didn’t know what to do we looked all over youtube but only yours worked. Thank Tou😅😅
Simple yet thorough explanation. The best one I’ve seen. Thank you.
😮
🎉🎉😊 1:29 😢
Thank you so much for this video. My trolley became disengaged mid-close. I was able to re-engage it myself after watching this video!
Thanks. I was able to reengage my garage door after watching this.
You saved my life i pulled thinking i know what im doing and when. Iwas trying to fix your video pop up and my mom was coming to open the garage and. I seen this and it worked thank you i liked and subscribe
thank you so much for your straight to the point directions, saved me a ton of frustration...because the User Manual was useless in this area. :)
Thank you so much, really easy instructions and it helped me heaps, my doors working again now
Thank you 🙏 Your video was the most intuitive.
I have seen your same videos atleast 50 times each. I would like to see the Sears one. Sears openers started using a square rail in 2002. The t-rail was always and still is the best.
Thank you, easy and straight to the point
Me and my mom could not figure this out lol thank you !
This just save my life 😅
Thank you, helped me after hurricane Sandy. Very helpful video.
a million times, thanks!
Good help thank you 😊
Thanks for this vid! In 100 plus degree heat, we had a short power outage and thankfully they turned on the power in about an hour but I had already disengaged the door. I didn't have a clue on how to re-engage it but I knew someone had to have a youtube vid out there & there you were! :)
Thanks, you're a lifesaver!
You're welcome glad we could be of assistance :) thanks for the nice comments

Hey bro. I have the same garage door as this. Can you show us how to tighten the chain for this? Mine is loose. Thank you in advance 🙏
Thank you! ✨❤️✨
thank you. it worked
thank you very much you was help me alot
Thanks for your help :)
Your Welcome Robin :)
Thx alot
T rails are a lot easier to maintain than the square type....easier access
Thank you!
One big difference I think you might find is that the Merlin 230T which is the model featured has rubber cushioning on the mounts which reduces the amount of sound transferred. But it would be interesting to hear the difference if you can send me a link.
I personally believe that every type has it's advantages depending on it's application, although the square rails tend to be more ridged which results in less flex so is great for heavier doors but by the same token it tends to be more cumbersome to work with.
I was trying to re-engage my garage door I didn't think it was working right so I was trying to move the pen and the pin came out can you please tell me what direction the pain goes back in
I have pin code electrical roller door need to open externally or manually from outside forgotten pin code and list remote can I reprograme code to open
THANK YOU!
Your Welcome Nick :)
Thank you. 😊
Done. Thanx!
I have a Merlin Tiltmaster MT100EVO - the carriage won't re-engage after pressing the green button.
Something is not locking in.
I tried WD 40 to loosen any springs or levers inside it but it's hopeless.
There is no inspection plate to be able to see inside the carriage.
Any picture of the carriage mechanism or tips to help would be appreciated?
@cindyjt10 Thanks I'm glad we could help you on the other side of the world :)
Unfortunately no as they operate on a different frequency but you can fit a receiver on the unit which will get around this issue.
Are you going to post another video soon?
Merlin is a chamberlain owned company
I'm glad our video helped you out :) what part of the world you from?
Yes it is a merlin opener
AGGDOORS I lost my remote what will i do?
If it is made by chamberlain then why is it slow?
I see It's a merlin garage door opener

HOLY SHIT DAT OPENER IS SLOW
THANK YOU!!!!
Your Welcome Mario :)
