Ironically I ordered a copy last night. Having coffee this morning, checking Dice Tower TH-cam and looky what Dan did! Thanks Dan, but I was already sold on getting this one. Very good review.
Great job explaining the game :) I wanted to find a video to show my friends so they could decide if they liked the game too--and this was exactly what I was looking for!

not a fan of the theme but the gameplay was far deeper than expected, played it with a friend ill have to buy my own copy.

not interested in getting into a theological discussion on a gaming video, just not a fan.
Roamy Bard The theme of this game has nothing to do with the bible. The game is about building a library of books, not a library of bibles. Biblios by definition is greek for 'Bibliography' which is literature based, not biblically based. While it is true that this game has some theological based cards, those are only a few compared to the vast majority of the deck. Just trying to make sure there's not any confusion with this game. It has nothing to do with the bible.
What other games are like Biblios
2 phases with auction - For Sale. Adding a card to your hand/open draft/“discard” - Herbaceous. The most of one type - Arboretum????

For The king and Me is the retheme also by iello. And there is a sequel to biblios with wider range of player count.
