    Anxiety was tough yesterday, but doing this video this morning helped me a lot. If anyone reads this, remember that anxiety isn't a linear path. There are easy days and difficult, and that's totally normal. You're doing great!

    I wake up with anxiety every morning. I found this meditation and it really helped. Ill be doing it each morning from now on. Thank you 🙏

    This meditation helped me break the disalignment with my perspective and gave me these thoughts: I have the right to enjoy the moment and face struggle with strength and confidence. Other people's problem or that they cause me problem are not effecting me and I choose to enjoy and love myself. I allow myself to to perceive these hardships as a challenge making me stronger instead of feeling defeated!✨ I hope the right ears will read this and find peace🤍

    Just got out of a four year relationship (was the one who got dumped). Wake up every morning feeling anxious, feeling like I'm missing something, somethings wrong, and I come here, and I realize nothings wrong, and absolutely nothing is missing. I just have to be loving and accepting that I'm feeling this way, it's my body's natural response to all the significant changes in my life as of late. Thank you everyone for being your best selves. For healing. My wish is that more and more people watch videos like this, and commit to healing themselves, and dealing with their emotions in a healthy way.

    I had never realized how much I relied on breathing from just my chest when I was anxious. Breathing from my belly helped so much thank you

    I woke up very anxious today because of money issues and the difficulty of finding a better paying job. I had already done another meditation, but I couldn't focus and this meditation was just what I needed. It allowed me to cry and respect my feelings of worry, and also to clear my head and the pressure in my chest. Thank you so much!

    When she said appreciation for today , it's a gift not everyone has this gift, I cried. I struggle to see it this was because of the mental whirrs. I also have autism and ADHD. So little things average people do that they would only get slightly bothered by I would get really really bothered by, everything is highlighted and I struggle to see the bigger picture in scenarios. So it's easy for me to become lost in my own thoughts and head and feed my anxiety. I also have PTSD, and I am struggling with nightmares right now. Having acknowledgement and having this down time really helps me to try to unwind, and to see life and their situations with more clarity.

    I just found out that cortisol levels are high in the morning during the first hour of waking, I was wondering why I would wake up with anxiety and not have problems later on! This meditation really helped. I always breathe with my chest when I’m having anxiety or panic attacks, breathing thru the belly really really helped, I’m kind of amazed

    I have DID(also known as multiple personalities however they changed the name to dissociative identity disorder) and this really helped me get grounded after 3 hours of switching all over the place so I'm extremely grateful. Thank you, maybe now my migraine will go away lol

    Ugh its the Cortisol DUMP in the a.m..esp females and hormones after 40ish..terrible. its so bad today...😭😭😭😢😢😢im terrified of these every single a.m since Jan!! Not sure why. Age maybe 46?? Perimenopause. Its hell.
    I need this Zen. So much.
