Today, we head to New London, Connecticut to grab some of the best food in CT - Captain Scott's Lobster Dock! After eating what may be the best lobster roll in New England, we head to Westerly, Rhode Island for some of our favorite Thai food/a romantic date night.

Plant based has come to mean plastic food. Meat is what allowed humans to develope large brains and rise to the top of the food chain. Don't listen to nonsense. Ribeye, eggs, and butter are true super-foods.

I (Eric) am going to have to disagree with you on this; my dad had a heart attack earlier this year, so I got checked out by a cardiologist. During our visit, he confirmed that a plant based diet is best for heart health, so I'm going to stick with it!
