Shavo is such a nice dude.. you know those people back in High School who everyone loved because they were in wit everyone.. the Punks, The Skaters, the Girls, the Athletes, the Nerds.. the people who were genuinely nice to everyone.. that’s Shavo.. Love You brother.. God Bless You Shavo❤
True story: back in around 2012 I was with shavo at his studio in The valley. I want to say it was in burbank noho area but can't recall really. Met him through a friend. He was prego (his wife) with 2nd child so he end up coming to friends pad with one of those personal 375ml bottle of patron. He was having a "need to get away" moment from things he was saying. Just some personal me-time won't go into details. He told me about the first tour they did I believe they were in Europe. Again this is 12 yrs ago I just specifically remember how he said they were unknown and hated on by the fans that were at the concerts to see other acts. So when they'd go on, concert-goers would disrespect em by turning their heads looking away from stage. At that one event, one of the first in that initiating tour, he mentioned how the band looked at each other and decided to replay the same song over n over n over n over again like 5x. It was a sort of gotcha reciprocating the disrespect. Things got heated with fans throwing drinks, they got off before it got physical. Fast forward during that same tour, something major happened (again this is not home turf so when this happened, they didn't have much of an understanding why the dynamics chnaged). They get on stage and tight before, they huddled and agreed that if shit was anything like that other show and things come flying, they'd leave right out. And people were brutal at those events, they saw blades and sharp objects littered on stage. This is in late 90s,before socials before iPhone before internet being in every household It was at this event that he got goosebumps as he was telling the story and said how they went out on stage to an audience chanting SYSTEM! SYSTEM! SYSTEM! Hope yall enjoy that story and feel free to chime in if you know of it. May have minor details off but it was a crazy day. I believe it was either a superbowl event or a ufc fight. This was months before I went to my first and only soad concert at Hollywood Bowl. Whats hilarious is how when we went to his studio, this muhfo was just getting into djing some techno beats. Like straight Detroit techno but he was not new to it. So the alcy deff got him to be free and enjoying himself openly. Also the #22 is huge with me too. I figured he was born on that day like I was when he started 22 red and I DM him and got the response how he sees the number very dominantly everywhere like I do. The 2/22/22 event was also on a Tuesday. 2222222 going up, on a twos day

Shavo is an amazing on Bass and finding Taylor , Alejandro, Morgoth, and Josh was the best choices you could ever have to create a Band called Seven Hours After Violet. Dude Alejandro is Amazing can not wait to hear some of the other songs on the up and coming Album and Rick Rubin is one of the best Producers out there, i remember Rick from back in the day with Beastie Boys and so many others he had helped since.
Can't help but see anything these guys do seperately will always be disregarded. SOAD is such a titan & the wait/start-stops made it where these updates just generate groans
I saw SOAD at Chicago Open Air in 2018 and it was still to this day one of the best shows I’ve seen! So glad Shavo is putting himself out there! Stoked for this album
Yo this new band is sick. Props to him for going heavy and working with legit deathcore musicians. I’m really excited about this project and think it’ll be big for our scene.
@@marcuswyatt5300He said he didn't mind being replaced he didn't quit. SOAD was and still is one of my favorite bands, but tbh after this many years, you just start to give up on them getting back together.. to many creative disagreements between Serj and Daron
I love this for him. Glad he found a new project. He’s an artist and NEEDS to create. I hope it’s a huge success ❤. I don’t think System is getting back together. Serj is basking in composing music scores. He is on that Andre 3000 vibe and has found his true happy place 😂 he’s not going back.

I don't give a shit what about system of a down and new LP?
considering the other three had their side bands, he deserves his turn.

I appreciate the kind words Shav! So excited to drop this documentary for the album when the time comes. 🎬
Never gets old hearing big name established players who you can tell at heart are just as much fans as they are rockstars….
I’m glad to hear the news! Will definitely be checking it out! ❤
Caught a live! Let's gooooo
This is a HUGE deal! Shavo Odadjian not only inspired me as a Bassist, but it's so good to know he's doing a solo career! 🔥🤘
Shavo was always underrated in SOAD. Nice to see him branching out and pursuing his own band now 🤘
I just heard his debut song, and it's absolutely 🔥 I immediately added it to my playlists! I can't wait for the full album to drop!
Yes Shavo. Legend. Seven Hours After Violet, let's go!
Can't help but see anything these guys do seperately will always be disregarded. SOAD is such a titan & the wait/start-stops made it where these updates just generate groans
What a great song!
Rock Feed Guy I love what your doing for Rock and Metal!
Just checked out the video.... it´s really good. Digging it!
Been watching your channel for a while now. Super impressed on how it's grown. Happy for you man!
Great song, happy for him!
I love the new song by S.H.A.V. 🎉
Looking forward to this new music. Shavo definitely deserves it!!
i love this guys energy hes amazing and you can tell he loves his craft a lot

Right on Shavo, I'm going to check out your new tune ASAP!
Looking forward to hearing!
Can't wait to hear the album
Midway through the interview I had to check out Paradise, and OMG bro I haven't heard anything this heavy in a LONG time💯 Great interview!
GREAT INTERVIEW WITH CHAVO !!! I GOTTA CHECK OUT HIS NEW BAND... GOT YOU A NEW SUB BRO !
Yo this new band is sick. Props to him for going heavy and working with legit deathcore musicians. I’m really excited about this project and think it’ll be big for our scene.
I just listened, holy shit
The only announcement I want to here is that SOAD is back together with an album coming
Or a new singer
Not with Serg T back issues.
Last I heard, Serg quit the band.
This will never happen.. Daron and Serj will never let go of their egos and pride to give the people what they want.

Yo, that song is Heavy! Can’t wait for the full album!!!
Honestly, I love the new song. Let's gooooooo
for a band that preaches solidarity... where ya at man..
Nice big guy ....Got Shavo on the show .... respects!
Shavo always seemed like the one most eager for a new SOAD album and tour, so it makes sense he's the last one to do side projects.

@shavoodajian if you see this, hope it's taken in a positive manner. It was a distant old friend during the time. Khan man. Won't drop first name lol
Soad should just get a new singer by this point
I just a uk show😩
Anuncia que aprendio a tocar?
Good for him starting something a new SOAD is done and sadly members got dragged for years by surj
put your ego aside along with the new band and make a new system of a down album
This guy looks and sounds like my Mexican uncle
Better slow down brother, you're going to make Eddie upset 😂😂 🤘👽🤘🍻🍻
What is going on? We got this and new TBDM! wtf is going on!
SOAD is done thanks to serj cause of him we wont ever see another album from them
What, no Radke raggin on somebody? What happened, he got all ragged out?
