I got the same grinder. Did the same procedure. It works. Only difference I sprayed WD40 on the rusted part and it was instantly free to rotate. I still dissasembled more to touch on every rusty and dirty spots. Probably lithium or general purpose grease would have been a bettter option but there are no wheelbearings. Everything held by brushes. I think B&D should have created metal bowl all the way up to the lid. It would prevent coffee powder getting inside the the motor.
