Shimadzu 3rd Global Food Summit 2022

The global food landscape has been evolving over the years, especially in areas such as plant-based meat and artificial proteins. In fact, the global food industry is poised for a Food Revolution as we face these disruptive trends. Today, the alternative protein market is valued at USD 60.45 billion with compound annual growth rate (CAGR) to be 18.5% by 2028. On 1st November 2022, Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) hosted its first grand event after the COVID-19 pandemic, Shimadzu 3rd Global Food Summit, at the iconic Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Convention Centre in Singapore, in conjunction with the 21st IUFoST World Congress of Food Science & Technology.
